Later that evening, Baekhyun had volunteered to go home with Junhee but she insist and told them she wants be alone.
They know that tomorrow will be another day for her.
Another Junhee who will prepare a new birthday celebration for her father's birthday.
Another JUnhee who will wait for Luhan to fetch her by the bake shop.
Baekhyun had let her go and let her be by herself. As much as he wants her to be comforted but he thought that it's best for h alone for awhile. He knew that she'll overcome the pain after she falls asleep and wake up with new bright morning.
Junhee was walking at the sidewalk, hugging herself tightly while sobbing. She just can't believe that she's alone. Luhan and her father left her already without her remembering.
*Why can't I remember tomorrow? Why do I keep on remembering yesterday?* she sobbed.
She stopped on her tracks when she realized that she reached the park. A smile suddenly appeared to her and she gently walked towards it.
"I can still remember playing slides with him.." she recalled her memories of Luhan. They used to spend their childhood alomost everyday. They are like twins, wherever Junhee is, Luhan will be there. Luhan would always protect Junhee ,when they're in grade school, when someone will try to tease her because of her height.
In middle school Luhan would protect her when his admirers would call her a slut because Luhan is always with her and when she needs help, Luhan is the first person she'll call on to even if they're not classmates.
Luhan is her man.
Luhan is her everything.
But..
her man is now gone..
her everything doesn't exist anymore..
and it hurts her more that she won't be able to remember of his disappearance because she has a memory loss. Lay had told her that everything that happened today will be gone once she woke up tomorrow.
So, it means that she wont remember the people she met today.
The sudden thought just made her think about Kai.
"So.. I won't remember him tomorrow? " she sighed. The feeling of being innocent tomorrow hurts her a lot. She doesn't know how to cure this. She doesn't know how to help herself.
She sat by the swing and started sobbing once again. Her puffy eyes got worse.
"Luhan.. why do you have to protect me? Why do you have to leave me? You were always there for me and never paid attention to yourself.. " she sobbed " You should had saved yourself.. " she started to blame herself. "I should be the one who got hit by the SUV an not you!! I was so careless! It's my fault why you... you.." she can't say it to herself. It really hurts her.
