D.O, Kai's bestfriend, was sitting at the couch that one fine morning. He was sipping on his fresh brewed tea while watching television when suddenly a girl wearing only a big shirt and very short shorts came out of Kai's room.
D.O stared at the girl coldly, he usually do this to all girls who sleeps in Kai's room. The girl rolled her eyes, obviously annoyed at D.O's stare.
*Another Slut* D.O silently thought.
"hey~" Kai went out of his room wearing only his boxers. D.O knew what happened and he is disgusted. Kai put his arm around the girl's waist and pulled her closer to him. The girl blushed and chuckled.
"Did you have fun?" he flirtly asked. The girl cupped Kai's cheeks and nodded.
D.O got anoyyed and finally spoke up, "Will you two go to your room and flirt there? Can't you see I'm watching. You guys are so disgusting" he blurted out. The girl hissed at his comment.
"Yah, D.O stop being harsh" Kai defended. The girl grinned, "You should be listening to your friend. "
"Excuse me?! FRIEND? Or should I say BESTFRIEND YOU SLUTTY GIRL!" D.O hissed. The girl got frightened at D.O's hurtful words.
"You're so mean! Kai defend me!" she fakely cried and buried her face in kai's chest. "Your bestfriend hates me!" she added and pout.
Kai just chuckled and pushed the girl away from him, "Don't be sad.." he smiled "It's the truth. You're a slut so don't fake cry and act like an innocent girl cuz you're not".
The girl's jaw dropped at Kai's words. "Did you just called me a slut after you touched and have fun with me last night?!"
"Are you deaf? I just said it" he smiled with a nod. The girl pushed Kai away from her, "What kind of boyfriend are you? Calling your girlfriend a slut? I thought you will always protect me!"
"Oh come on. I didn't say anything like that. I just asked you out and you said yes. You were even the one who asked me if we're officially a couple and I accidentally nodded." Kai replied. The girl slapped Kai's face really hard that it left a red mark on his cheeks. "Serve you right" D.O muttered.
Kai just smiled, "thanks for last night" is his last words before the girl run away from their apartment. When he heard the door closed he sat beside D.O and rested his head on the couch.
"My head hurts again D.O" he comaplined.
"We ran out of medine for headache. Go buy it for yourself because I'm not going to be a slave again because of you. Last time you ordered me to buy something you let me use my allowance for that. I'm not letting it happen again you bastard. " D.O rolled his eyes and glued his eyes on the television.
Kai groaned, "What am I going to do now.." he cried.
"Go and sleep until you can't sleep anymore." D.O answered.
Kai tsked.
D.O looked at his bestfriend. He can tell that Kai is not lying, his head really hurts by just looking at him. His eyes closed and his face looks in pain. D.O just sighed, "When will you stop doing this huh?"
Kai knew where this question is going to lead and he doesn't want to talk about it so he remained silent.
"Actions speak louder than words you idiot. Can't you just move on? You already proved her that she was wrong for letting you go."
Kai remained silent.
"Kai, I'm your bestfriend, I care about you so much. You're a family to me. You're the only thing I have after my parents abandoned me and your parents adopted me before they left for their business in Taiwan. Brothers are brothers right?"
"D.O you will never know the feeling of being betrayed and being forgotten. She played with me. She used me. She even once called me 'Baekhyun' for damn sake who is Baekhyun?! " he finally spoke.
D.O let a heavy sigh. He knew that Kai will never forgot what happened between him and his first love. He was so in love with her. She was the only person Kai look at to. There are times that Kai would cancel their bonding together just to fetch her. Kai suffered so much but it was nothing to him because he loves her. He wants her to feel his love through his actions.
"What if... she came back to you.. will you accept her again?" D.O asked seriously.
"It depends on my heart. " he just answered.
"You are one tough guy dude. I want to be like you" D.O complimented. Kai looked at him, confused. "You suffered too much.. You're right I will never know that feeling because I've never been in love but just seeing my bestfriend, my brother, in pain makes me want to live alone and be happy alone. You still manage to found your happiness.. even people today judge you "
"Being judged is not fun but having a good bestfriend like you would be the most precious gift that I ever had." kai smiled.
"If I asked you to stop.. will you stop?" D.O finally asked.
Kai sighed, "That would be hard"

Kai decided to go to the pharmacy and buy some medicines for his headache. After he bought all the medicines he needs he went out of the store and started walking back to the apartment.
Along the way, he passed by a cafe. He would notice this cafe before bt he never entered it before. There was a part of him that's saying that he should check out this cafe and see of their coffee is good. Besides, he is suffering from hangover so coffee would a big help to ease the pain he's experiencing.
He went towards the cafe store and was greeted by a beautiful lady. Her uniform is color brown, their uniform is down to their knees and they have this white apron wrapped around their waist.
"Welcome to Sweetie's Smile Cafe sir" she greeted. Kai smiled at her, the lady actually melted inside.
The lady guided Kai towards a table and gave him a meny book. "Just call us sir if you want to order!" she smiled and left him.
The cafe is wooden style. It's so simple but beautfil. He felt like visiting here often because it's so warm and relaxing.
He looked at the menu book and choose what he wanted to taste. He was having a hard time choosing the right coffee for him when suddenly someone spoke beside him, "Try our famous Dark Coffee. It's good for hangover" it was a voice of a girl.
Kai gasped when he looked to his side and saw a girl with chubby cheeks smiling widely at him.
Kai was about to ask who she is but he noticed that the girl is wearing the same uniform as the lady who guided him before. He sighed, "R-really? "
The girl nodded, "Yes! My father loves that coffee!" she beamed.
*cute* he thought. He unknowingly smiled.
"Okay then, I'll take one Dark Coffee" he smiled at her. The cheerful girl beamed and nodded. "coming up!!! wait here!" she hurriedly to the counter and told them his order.
Kai watched her from afar, he smiled again. *This young girl is so cute* he can't stop telling himself. He waited for the coffee to arrive. He took out his phone and opened his inbox.
He got a message from D.O.
Dude, I'm just going for a walk. Be right back later. I bought my keys. - D.O
Kai nodded and replied.
Okay, bring some food when you comeback! - Kai.
After the message was sent he tucked his phone back to his pocket and waited for his coffee. He admired the new place he is staying, it feels really comfortable and he loves the calmness of this place. He feels new.
