After a while of finding out who was trying to get at her, I had a feeling I had no chance at her. She was definitely out of my league. But hey, never quit on what you want. As time went by, days with her constantly on my mind, I decided to take some action. A friend of hers' made an account a social media website called "MyBook." With my luck, her friend also put her cellphone number down.

Though it was kind of stalkerish, I decided to text. She asked who I was and I said the annoying Asian guy. Literally, the only annoying one that talks to her. As time went on, she told me her hobbies and how she was. She loved to dance. She excelled at it so well. I'm a dancer also, but we were both different types of dancers. I was a hip hop dancer while she was Mexican folk dancer. She often threatened to hurt me, like shoot me, literally. Though, we did talk a lot through phone, we had a rough time communicating during school. I found it nerve wrecking to make eye contact with her and even sit beside her.

After awhile, I blew up the confidence to tell her I like her. She obviously knew on how my attitude was towards her. She told her, "Anh yeu Em." That meant I love you in vietnamese. She told me she knew what I meant and I just froze. I remember that night like no other. I was getting off the bus to pick up my little sister. It was around 6 p.m.

When she told me, I honestly didn't know how. She told me she knew a little vietnamese, but I still think that's a lie. There's such thing as a translator. I told my friend at the time about how my feelings was towards her. He told me I should go for it. Though, it was a bad idea to wait, I decided to have patience.

For awhile then, we were getting closer and closer, then I find out she has man. What in the hell is going on here now? I felt discomfort. Why didn't I know earlier? I just let it go. I had to wait my turn.

As time went on, we talked about what we want in relationships. She asked me if I would ever cheat and have I ever cheated. I replied with no. No women should have to feel that pain for no reason. I asked the same question and she replied with a practical same answer. I then later found out why she had asked the question. Her boyfriend had cheated on her and they split up. Let's just hope this thing goes my way, right? Let's find new beginnings.
