Toby's P.O.V.
Jane said to find Jack, but I can't find him anywhere. I've checked the entire second floor of the mansion, and apparently, there's also a basement...? God this place is huge. I opened the door to the basement and a gush of cold air smacked me in the face. I slowly walked down the creaky stairs into a dimly light basement room. It was smaller and creepier than the other rooms. There were a small couch and tv, along with a glass coffee table. I couldn't see it at first but there was another door on the far left side. I the big iron one that looked taller than LJ but slightly smaller than Slendy. I walked over to the turned on the TV to my surprise sat EJ. He was laying on the couch with his mask off and hoodie pulled over his face. I think he was sleeping but it was kinda hard to tell. The TV was quiet but loud enough to hear from the couch. It appeared to be a rom-com but I didn't know it.
"H-hey EJ? A-are you a-awake?" I said leaning closer to his face
"What do you want? I'm tryin' to sleep here." He said annoyed
"U-uh Jane said i-i-if I was t-tired I c-could sleep on an e-e-extra bed." He slowly sat up, hood still covering most of his face, and grabbed his mask. He pulled back his hood to reveal his face for a split second then put on his mask. For the half second I got to see his face it was really nice, he was actually kinda cute.
"Your face is c-cute." I stated plainly without thinking.
"What?" He said a little weirded out and confused.
"I-i-i just mean y-you should s-show your face m-more, you l-l-look h-handsome." He raised his hand, and I flinched. I thought he was gonna hit me but he just pulled his hood back up.
"Why'd ya flinch? Thought I was gonna hit you?" I nodded and he stood up.
"Why would I hit you?"
"B-because I called you c-c-cute..." He looked confused.
Eyeless Jack's P.O.V.
'Oh my god, this guy is too cute when he's flustered!' Ever since Toby came to the mansion I've had a little bit of a crush on him. He's really cute when he's nervous or flustered. He also does this thing when he's nervous where he messes up his hair in a funny way and it looks hilarious.
*Just a little headcanon I have going on*
"Spare bed, right?" He nodded in response. I started walking towards the med room and motioned for him to follow but I don't think he understood.
"Toby, over here. Follow me." He jerked up and ran over to me. I opened the door to reveal the medical room where sat an empty bed covered in a lot of blood.
"Sorry, it looks like BEN didn't clean the bed after his incident. Um, if you want you can sleep in my bed?" 'This is my chance, let's make a move!' "I was gonna go to bed soon anyway, my bed's big enough for two so you can just sleep with me for the night." I looked back at him and he was blushing super hard, which of course made me blush harder.
"S-s-sure, are you o-ok with that t-though? I-i have a l-lot of n-nightmares t-though, I s-scream in my sleep s-sometimes..."
"It's fine if you get scared, I can comfort you. It's a win-win!" Except you don't know why it's a win in my book, heh...
"O-ok." I started walking up the stairs with Toby walking slowly behind me. I opened the door to see Slendy talking with Clockwork about something in the kitchen.
"Oh Toby, I was just about to go ask you something. Clockwork has a mission tomorrow and was wondering if you wanted to go with her, it's not till the afternoon so you won't have to get up early or anything. How does that sound?"
