Hanahaki disease, a disease in which the victim cough up flower petals when they suffer from one sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feeling (romantically) or when the victim dies. It can be surgically removed, but when the petals are removed the victims romantic feelings for their love also disappear.
P.s. usually the romantic feelings are very strong.
Most of these chapters will probably be short. Also this is my first fanfic so it's probably not the best.
