Chapter 6: Wave Arc part 3

As team 7 got to Tazuna's house, Tazuna's daughter had taken kakashi to the guest room to let him rest.

Tsunami:"well I must thank you for bringing my father back here in one piece."

Naruto:"....it's no problem, we couldn't let an old man who can't defend himself out to die."

Tsunami:"well thank you anyways, if you guys need anything please let me know."

Naruto:"well I think I'm going to go train."

???:"why even bother training, you're all going to die anyways."

Tsunami:"Inari!"

Inari:"no matter how much you train Gato will kill you."

Naruto:"well kid why mope around and do nothing, when we can at least try doing something and not trying to cause yourself to suffer."

Inari:"what do you know about suffering, you don't know what I'm feeling right now."

This angered Naruto.

Naruto would grab inari and put him against the wall. Naruto's eye would change from jet-black to a golden colored eye from the anger he was feeling, and released a bit of a green aura without realizing it.

Naruto:"Grow up."

Inari:"what?"

Naruto"you act if you are the only one suffering, but I believe Sasuke has some stories to tell about the Uchiha clan, and I can assume they end with, and then he died too."

Inari couldn't talk because he was in shock.

Naruto:"and before you start complaining about your father dying, and I get it, take a moment to consider the fact that you had a father who loved you. My family looked down on me and didn't want to waste their time with me."

Inari started to tear up. So did Sakura when she heard this.

Naruto let's go of inari:"You are a coward, to your last whimper."

Naruto would leave the house.

Sakura:"is this true kakashi."

Kakashi:"yes, but that's a watered down version."

Time skip

Naruto was in the woods sleeping when a girl-looking person saw naruto.

???:"hey you'll catch a cold if you stay out here."

Naruto:"huh sorry I was training and I pushed myself really hard."

???:"why do you train. You already look strong to me."

Naruto:"yeah, but my encounter with zabuza opened my eyes. If I want to protect those I care about, there is no way I can stay at the level I'm at now."

???:"well you truly do get stronger for a noble causr."

Naruto:"well I should get back, The others might get worried of me."

Naruto:"oh and tell Zabuza I said 'Hello.'"

The person would turn around in shock to see him gone already.

Meanwhile back at Tazuna's house

Tsunami was tied by two of Gato's men.

Inari:"let my mother go!"

Grunt 1:"kill him."

Grunt 2:"with pleasure" he would run up to inari.

Inari would close his eyes and wait for the inevitable, but something got between them.
