Chapter 10 Chunin Exams Arc part 4

Naruto and his friends made it to the tower. They opened their scrolls and their teachers came out.

Kakashi:"looks like you all made it one piece."

Naruto:"...."

Sakura:"yeah we all made it here."

Kakashi:"well let's get Naruto some medical attention."

Kakashi takes Naruto to the medical room to heal his shoulder.

Time skip towards the matches.

Minato:"Ok the first fight will be Naruto Namikaze vs Kiba Izunuka.

Naruto started to get angry, after all he held a grudge on to Kiba.

Flashback

Naruto:"Are you sure nothing will happen when I open this door."

Kiba:"yeah don't worry I got your back if it goes downhill."

Naruto open the door and as soon as he walked in, a paper seal exploded with paint coming out.

Kiba:"Hey look everyone it's the Dead Last being the idiot he is."

Naruto felt betrayed and ran off.

Flashback end

Everyone felt Naruto's anger rising, but Kiba did the worst thing possible, antagonize him.

Kiba:"What's wrong dead last. Still mad about what happened to you 5 years ago? Well get ready to loose."

With that Naruto charged straight at him. The two battled, but even if Kiba had Akumaru on his side, he still couldn't deal with Naruto's fury.

Time skip from matches

Minato:"ok here are the contestants."

Naruto Namikaze and Neji Hyuuga vs Mito Namikaze and Menma Namikaze.

Shikamaru Nara and Shino Amberabe vs Temari and Kankoro.

And finally Sasuke Uchiha vs Gaara.

Minato:"we'll see you all in a month."
Elsewhere

Danzo:"well Naruto is doing well, but his anger is causing power boosts. Maybe I can take advantage of this in the future and turn him into my ultimate weapon."
