Amy's POV

The week dragged by. Schools a bitch. I easily fell into the nerd persona. Michael texted me. He goes to the same school so at least I had someone to help me, since grey eyes is Mr. Popular and doesn't have time to show me around. Not like I cared. Right. Michael and me grew quite close. We were good friends. He kinda filled Kyle's position. Oh Kyle. We text a lot. I told him about Mr. Ego maniac, you know what?

I'm just gonna call him Mr. Grey eyes. Kyle wanted to punch his nose. Oh Kyle. Me and Mr. Grey eyes haven't spoken since that time on the stairs. Think he got the message, besides, we aren't meant to mix. Two whole different worlds. Then why do I feel guilty and sad? Gods above. I was currently getting ready for the funeral that was taking place today.

I sighed. I wasn't ready for this. So not ready for this. I had a long black dress on that flowed from the hips down. I had stiletto boots on. I didn't wear any makeup. I found it rude. I pulled my hair up in a messy bun, which I let a few strands hang loose. I took a deep breath. I heard a quiet tap on my door.
"Come in." I called softly. Ms. Parker came in. She took one look at my face and she hugged me.

We have kind of grown close lately. She fit the mother role perfectly.
"Oh honey, I'm so sorry, this must be very hard on you." She whispered. I smiled sadly.
"Its okay." She pulled away. She tucked a piece of strand that hung in my face behind my ear. A very motherly thing to do. If she only knew what kind of thoughts I have of her son.

Gods behold. She had a sad expression on her face.
"You're so strong." She said softly and I shrugged.
"How else?" I asked and she smiled. She took me by the hand and led me downstairs where I almost had a heart attack. Nathan Parker in a suite. In the name of Hades. Sorry Hades, I thought. I really did not need Hades on my back for cursing in his name. Nathan looked fucking . . . Words failed me yet again.

I should get better words. His dark grey suite really made his eyes stand out. His hair was messy as usual but more neatly. The suite pronounced every perfectly carved muscle. Holy mother of all Demi-gods. I think I'm going to have a orgasm.
Ew! Gods would you shut up! I sighed. His expression is what baffled me. He looked remorseful. His eyes met mine and it was full of sympathy.
