I grabbed my keys and rushed to my car. I dialed Dinah. I know I could trust her.
"Hey Dee where are you?"
"Here at the airport with my wife and Ally."
"When are you boarding?"
"Five minutes precisely. Are you coming to be a princess charming?"
"Yes. I love her."
"I'll help you Lauser. I will wait"
Thw phone call ended and I drove with Taylor who actually found out about me and Ally five days ago.
"Tay" I keep beeping the car infront of me in a rainy afternoon. "Lo its traffic!" she says. "Im not gonna make it to her" I screamed. She slowly unbuckles me. "Go run. Its just two minutes apart" she says. I opened my car door and ran as far as I could.
Dinah is calling..
I stopped on my tracks and answered my phone.
"Lo were boarding where the heck are you?!"
"Im on my way! A few seconds left!" I said catching my breaths.
"Honey faster please"
I ended the call and kept running. I arrived exactly. "Ma'am checkpoint maam" the guard says. "Make it quick please!" I said rattling. After passing the checkpoint I ran as fast as I could.
"Flight 543 just flew. Calling Flight 546 to board"
I felt a tear escape my eye. Being covered in rain I felt cold. I felt my phone vibrate.
Dinah: you didn't make it. Maybe next time. After a whole year Lo.
I cried hardly. I felt someone hug me with a towel. "Im sorry Lo" I look to see Taylor.
"Im a mess"
