Jane sat at her desk with a blank canvas awaiting inspiration to come.  With her pencil at ready, she squinted and licked the outside of her lips. She had just read a book about soap carving. It was the most random thing she had ever heard, yet the most beautiful kind of art she has heard of. She could not try it due to her mother's stubbornness with knives. Every time, the answer was no. She felt that she hears it Way too often. No. No. No. Three more times she had experience with the word no. Sucks for her, right? Yes, it does.

Finally! She had inspiration... love. She recalled upon the time where she found herself dating a boy in the 6th grade. His name was Jason Avaery. He was the perfect boyfriend. He never payed attention to any other girl for the sake of Jane's jealousy. He was so thoughtful and kind. They dated for two years and were voted class couple in the 7th grade. That was when the accident happen. Jason was in a car wreck. He lived, but couldn't remember anything. Not his family, not anything he learned from school, and most importantly, he couldn't remember her. She hated him for not remembering the most powerful connection she had ever experienced. That "they" had ever experienced. She knew he couldn't be mad at a boy who couldn't remember her due to an innocent accident.

She has only had one boyfriend after him. His name was Eian South. They only lasted for a week. Lemme just say... not a good match. He went off and broke up with her for the second prettiest girl in the 7th grade which was Lesley Garret. Jane was the first prettiest. Jane was beautiful, but was usually layed off due to her brains. You would have thought it would turn someone on instead of off,  but society is different today.(Sadly) All you had to do when Jane was in the seventh grade was to be smart. Now that don't cut it.

Anyway, Now that Jane was 14 and out of school, she had to choose a pathway into life. She was too young to start a family, and also too young to work. She had thought about going to a college for art or literature and possibly even medical science, but she couldn't afford anything yet and was waiting for a scholarship reply from Morton University. That was the school she wanted to go to with all her heart. And she knew, one day, that she would be sitting in a dorm room, at a bronzed wooden desk, completing her greatest piece of artwork ever.
