Murder lives forever
And so does warThe elder SandWing darted through the icy cavern. If the others found out what he had done everything they had worked for would fall apart. His only issue now was the blood that clung to him. No matter how much snow he rolled in, it would always stain his claws and he would never be free.
It's survival of the fittest
Rich against the poorThe white RainWing queen looked down upon the ex-fruit gather. The darker colored dragonet never seemed to do what she was told. This time she blew it though. The young dragonet ran away to join a group of rogue thieves. The white queen slithered off her throne. The dragonet bowed even further down and started hissing.
At the end of the day
It's a human trait
Hidden deep down inside of our DNAThe young IceWing stalked forward. His frozen claws shimmering, not just with ice. With a flick of his tail, he darted into the air. Spreading his icy wings he turned his head and narrowed his eyes at the corpse behind him. The corpse was slashed open. Ice was sticking out from odd angles. At least it put up a good fight. Turning around he lifted his eyes toward the two moons and let out a chuckle.
One man can build a bomb
Another run a raceIt was when the ruby colored SkyWing fell out of the sky did Seashell realize what danger everyone was in. Watching him fall out of the sky along with the scarlet drops that came with him was shocking. Looking slightly down she spotted the older SandWing lunge at the young NightWing. Of course. The NightWing was the loose thread. He killed the love of her life.
To save somebody's life and have it blown up in his face
I'm not the only one who finds it hard to understandThe SkyWing was just finishing his recent raid. Only a moments ago had a plan been formed. Break in, steal the jewels, and get to the meeting spot. He didn't expect a small dagger to dart for his neck. Dropping his loot he rushed for the meeting spot, as it was visible now. His wings felt droopy. He felt like the air was missing. Where was the air?
I'm not afraid of God
I am afraid of manA small IceWing hung her head. She had put all her faith in the small group of dragons. They were supposed to do her jobs. Instead, they made all the queens mad and on edge, stole heirlooms, killed almost a dozen different dragons, and even almost doomed all the tribes. Sighing she sat at the edge of a small pool and decided. Hopefully, any higher beings would bring mercy to these un-merciful creatures.
Is it running in our blood?
Is it running in our veins?
Is it running in our genes?
Is it in our DNA?Blood ran down the NightWings claws, his first kill. It was an accident at first that is. He had been to slow escaping from looting and was caught by a MudWing patrol. He had to kill them. They would have jeopardized everything they worked for.
Humans aren't gonna behave as we think we always should
Yeah, we can bad as we can be goodThe NightWing struggled against the older SandWing. Vulture was stronger, and more experienced in fighting compared to him. He roared in pain as the venom-tipped tail scratched his scales. Lucky for him the tail had only skimmed. Vulture reared up. "You're lucky I still care about you" Before snarling and flying off with the others.
Underneath it all, we're just savages
Hidden behind shirts, ties and marriagesThe small SeaWing looked out amongst the crowd of other SeaWings. Her mother looked so proud, her brother looked disheartened. Seashell, you came back Her mothers sickly sweet-voiced rang in her ears. While gone Seashell had learned all the horrible things her mother had lied about. Liar, she only came back so she could speak to her older brother. Salmon, I'm going to miss you.
