i held my arm, it had a deep cut from the alpha. scott saw my eyes, they were a bright yellow. he ran to me, and put his arm around me.

"are you okay?" he said, as we began to walk to the hallway. i nodded.

"so you guys are just going to leave me, and not thank me?" derek stood with his hands on his hips.

"thanks derek, but i need to get (y/n) to stiles, before he kills both me and you for not doing all that we could to protect her." i blushed, and groaned.

"how long does this take to heal?" i furrowed my eyebrows and winced.

"it'll take maybe an hour or two, he cut you deeply." derek followed us out as stiles ran to the broken glass of where the alpha ran.

"(y/n)! thank god you're okay," he said, sprinting over to me and scott. "scott, derek, i'm glad you guys are okay too." stiles took me from scott's arms, and i winced. "are you okay?" his eyes looked over me in a protective manner.

"yeah, the alpha, he just cut my arm." i grunted as he accidentally ran his hand across my deep cut.

"oh, i'm sorry!" stiles took my hands and led me outside. scott and derek followed us.

i was bombarded by lindsey, and lydia. lindsey said, "oh my god! are you okay? what happened? that was awesome! did you see that thing? of course you saw that thing. you fought that thing! i'm so proud of you (y/n)!" she continued to 'freak out' as lydia ran her hands across my hair and arms. i winced as she reached my cut.

"ooh, i'm sorry (y/n), this looks deep." lydia tucked my tangled hair behind my ear. i smiled, and allison moved from scott towards me.

"you did good, (y/n), we're proud of you. and it was your first fight too... the alpha could have killed scott if you hadn't thrown that book at him." allison patted my back.

"yeah, if it weren't for you and lindsey with your bows, we'd still be fighting him." i smiled to the little pile of stuff that they had by the wall of the school.

"okay back away i want my girlfriend back now." stiles playfully swatted lindsey out of the way and puts his arm across my shoulders. "maybe we should get you guys home, derek seems to never get hurt, this is (y/n)'s first fight and she got a pretty deep cut on her arm, and scott's limping."

"okay, so lindsey and allison, you can take scott home in lindsey's truck. jackson and lydia, can you guys get everyone's stuff?" james gave out orders, and i was proud.

"wait! they aren't taking our bows. we can handle those," allison said, pulling her shooting gloves off of her hands.

"okay, well they'll get everything else, stiles and (y/n) can ride together, i guess, and i'll take myself home, okay? what about this, well built fellow?" he looked at derek, and he shook his head.

"no, my house is just into the woods from the lacrosse field. i ran here, i can run back." derek smiled and turned away towards the woods.

"no, i think we're going to take you. let's be courteous now," stiles said, as derek rolled his eyes.

"fine. but don't make me sit in the back."

"i will make you sit in the back, unless (y/n) is more comfortable back there since her arm is torn," i leaned on stiles as my arm began to fall asleep.

"jeez- fine." stiles laughed as derek growled at him. james opened lindsey's car door, and held it for her. she smiled, patted his arm, and they began to whisper. i missed the first sentence or two, but i focused on their lips and the vibrations in the air.
