The Predator's glistening eyes locked with mine as a wave of chilling horror and deathly fear washed over me. The hair on my spine and on my arms roused at the moment, while my skin turned into a pale gooseflesh. My hands started trembling and my legs started shaking. And I just kept thinking one thing over and over...
How can a Werewolf be alive? It is a fake creature devoured from myths and legends, but now at this time, I'm seeing an actual werewolf! How? How is this possible?!
I could sense the history of the lycanthropy in the devilish eyes of the nasty creature... Its enormous pointy teeth were sticking outitsit's mouth. It's long, black claws scrapped the top of the bathtub. It's bottom drowned into a red pool of fresh human blood.
The Werewolf didn't move a muscle,so did I. We both remained firm on our places. Me frenzied. The Werewolf aggressive. There wasn't any sound in the bathroom except for the rattle of windows from the wind outside, until an ominous sound interrupted the dead silence.
"Grrrrrr!"
Huh!
An ugly growl entered into my ears.Without a doubt, it was of the horror sitting in front of me. My heart skipped a beat and my throat began to feel dry, too sore to even utter a silent gasp. but somehow, I had the courage to trace my hand onto my chest and grab my Jesus Locket. My fingers coiled around the locket. The sharp edges of the cross sign dug deep into my palm. It hurt. But, I had no choice. This was the best option that I had. To grab my Jesus Locket and pray to God in my heart. Pray to God to save me somehow. Protect me somehow.
Another growl roused.
"Grrrrrr...y-y-grrrr..."
GOD!
My mind was screaming in agony inside my head while my mental state was physically ill. My legs were urging me to take off and then never return! My hands were telling me to fight the creature with any weapon I could find, while my heart cried to pray to God, and that everything would be fine. But, to whom should I listen to? My hands? My legs? My mind? or my heart?
My heart. I decided. I will keep standing here and pray to God. I just don't have to move, or the animal might chase me.
So, I kept standing there, frozen. All of a sudden, it tightest it's claws around the bathtub. They shimmered in the scant moonlight which was making the t's way in from the window. There was a shade of black and white onto the Werewolf's body, which made it look like a monster from the late-1960's black and white gothic movies.
I took a step back before bumping slightly into the wooden door. My back pressed against it. I watched as merone bubbles began to pop into the blood everywhere.
POP!POP!POP!They send drops of blood squirting on the walls, covered with ugly wallpapers of frogs sitting on lilypads. Some more bubbles began to pop until the tub looked like a cauldron full of sizzling red liquid. What was happening? My eyes widened. Slowly, slowly, red streaks of blood raced down the ceramic body of the tub, staining it all the way down.
The blood sizzled and popped. The blood was slithering down. That meant that something was emerging from beneath. Oh no!
The Werewolf slowly opened it's the mouth, showing a yellow set of disgusting giant teeth. It's snake-like tongue slithered out, and before my eyes, a deafening roar, more petrifying than of a Lion's, echoed. It was so loud that I think my eardrums were gonna burst! I closed my eyes shut, made an agonized face, bent down, covered my ears with my hands, and screamed, "Aaaaaaahhh! Someone-e-uh-help me!"
No one came.
I was going to be werewolf-food!
The lycanthropic predator roared for at least ten minutes straight and then snapped its jaws in the air. I then stood up straight and tears formed into my eye. I stood like a woman paralyzed. And then...
It hoisted itself up with incredible inhuman strength as its bottom emerged from beneath. The fur was soaked completely. A flood of blood splashed out!
"JESUS!"
The blood dropped onto the floor with a loud THUMP. It covered the whole area. even my feet were soaked into the blood in several seconds. I didn't know that there was blood on my face or not, but I felt some cold sensation on my burning cheeks and on my nose.
The Werewolf got out its leg and its foot. The foot stamped hard on the floor, making a squishing sound, which was truly obnoxious. A big shard of glass was stuck in its toe.
I gasped and then turned around. I grabbed the cold steel doorknob and twisted it open. I opened the door in a hurry before busting out. I turned around to close the door and that's when I saw that the Werewolf started beating its chest with its fists, gazing upon the ceiling and howling madly. I closed the door shut!
I swear I'll never return to this place once I get out of here, I thought. But what about my grandma? She would be in real danger. I have to find and save her.
Without stopping anymore, I raced down the stairs, panting and wheezing, gasping for breath. I wiped my bloody hands onto my dress like Lady Macbeth, and then wiped my face with my arm.
I reached down at the end of the staircase. I could still hear the angry roars and the snarls behind the bathroom door and the banging of fists against the door. It wanted to get out and kill me!
Finally, I opened the door to the exit, and cold air blasted on my face. You don't know how thankful I was to get out safe and sound without being hurt. Or that Werewolf would have torn me to pieces as it was a part of the daily struggle of wild animals. But, was it an animal? Because Werewolves are humans too. Then was he... human? If he was then who was he... and what is he doing in my grandma's manor?
I have to get to the bottom of this!I ran outside quickly along the dirt path when I accidentally bumped hard into something as tough as a rock."OW!"
I rubbed my head where it had bumped. I took a look at the thing. It was one of the creepy Werewolf statues!Whoa!I moved to a side and then kept on running and then out of the iron gate.
I didn't stop. I was still running and running and running into the vivid mist which was engulfing the road ahead of me in the small hours.
I came to a sudden halt when my legs gave up and my lungs were about to burst. I bent down and placed my hands onto my knees, gasping and panting. I was sweaty and hot. I didn't know how long I've been running and also I didn't know where I have reached. I was just wheezing for fresh air.
Then, Panting, I fall down to my knees. They cracked on the hard concrete road. My legs and arms both felt numb, and the next thing I knew, was me falling face to face and drifting off to a tired sleep.
