It started with a spark.

Eyes met across the busy audition room. Yet again they met by chance. One have the reputation of being flirty while the other is more reserved. They had been watching each other from afar, while both being as different as day and night inside and out, it didn't stop them from mutually appreciating what they see.

At the end of the audition, when the older one asked the other out for coffee, a confused smile was met by a lazy one laden with hidden promises. The younger nodded, unable to reply with the sudden lump of expectation in his throat.

Once oxygen fueled the spark, it burns fast leaving pretty sparklers in its wake as the fire raced to the base of the metal stick.

Somehow the coffee place became a hotel room and they found each other in each other's arms against the door, and finally landing on the bed as lips and hands tasted and explored what they had thought they can't, satisfying their curiosity of the other.

They were both not angels and there were no misconception of perceived love. It is just mutually beneficial to them, this satisfying of lust on both their ends. The night was filled with languid kisses, playful nips, desperate moans, deep thrusts and satisfying peaks before they both fell asleep satiated.

Fizzling out as fast as it burns, all that is left behind are the barely burning ember on the metal stick.

The morning after was not awkward as there were a silent agreement between them before they started. They had that coffee that was promised before they both left to their own destinations till they meet again in the next audition.
