Lorelai pov

It has been 4 weeks since jessica first saw pam and they have seen each other every weekend. She has her ups and down, she is still doing her course and is now working in my inn weekends and luke's diner monday tuesday, then college home wednesday, thursday and Friday's but, she has today off.

Im at work on front desk "nana" tori runs "why arent you a loud one" i pick her up "rory gone to a meeting" jessica smiles. Michel takes over and i go have lunch with jessica and tori.

We are sitting and talking "social worker called" she adds "and?" I ask "They think both me and aunt are ready to live together" she avoids eye contact "We already know this." I question "They are moving the court date" she still doesn't look at me "Hey... look at me" i say "I... I cant" she leaves me with tori.

Jessica pov
I can't think straight, my heads a mess i love lorelai and luke but i also love my auntie and her kids.

I'm in the field with champ, i decide to sit on the fence and watch him gallop and show off. "Thought i'd find you here" lorelai come over "where's tori" i wipe my tears "with rory, dont worry she doesnt know." Lorelai smiles. We sit in a good 5 minute silent "You know if you want to go live with pam, we will not be angry, upset yes... but not angry. We want the best for you, we want you to be happy, you know where we are. I love you like my own kid... we will support you in every way we can" lorelai says. I look at her and you can tell she wants to cry "I love them lor! I love you and luke but they are my family" i hug her "kid, we love you if you want live with them go" she wipes my tears.

Lorelai pov
We are home and court is tomorrow. We have lost her but they are her family and even though i really want her here, we need to do what is best for her.

I write a letter for her and go sleep.
