Lorelai pov
Im sitting in bed. it's about 7:30am and today we go to court so jess can see pam.

Luke comes out the bathroom and looks at me "Everything will be fine lor" he walks over and hugs me "I'm scared for her luke" i get emotional. There was a knock at the door "I will leave you to girls ill be back about half 8" luke kisses me then jess on the head.

Jessica walks over and lies on me "I'm scared" She whispers "What if i can never see her or visit her" She looks at the photo on her phone "We will do everything we can babe" I comfort her.

Jessica pov
We are in court and so far it sounds bad, we get to hear from my case worker. "Pam has stated her plan was not to kidnap jess, it was years since they had seen each and she would never hurt her but..." He pauses and look at lori "oh no!" She whispers "pam as made it clear, it is best for jessica to stay with miss gilmore and mr danes has she will be safe. She wants no more contact" He looks at lori who grabs my hand.

We walk out to the car park "Give up on me like that! It was your idea to run away! I could of lost everything!" I scream. Pam stands there "say something!" I scream.

Lorelai pov
I run over to jessica. "You are my only family! You gave up on me when you promised you won't! I'm pregnant and you leave like that! I HATE YOU" she goes for pam "Don't!" luke grabs her.

We are back home and Jessica went to college to go speak to charlotte and kathy. I went to work so did luke.

Jessica pov
I am in kathys office and i have explained what happened and told them i am also pregnant, i leave next month but college has said if i fine my last unit i can leave this month. "Oh jessica its never simple for you" Kathy puts her arm round me "well, i need to sort my life out before the baby comes to be honest i am kind of done with this place, my old life you know" i wipe my tear "we are always here" She smiles "Can you tell charlotte i have to go Luke's outside" I smile and leave.

I walk in and rory is here "Hey" i smile "im so sorry" she hugs me "Thanks, suppose you know about.." i look down "yeah, mom told me" she says "ess!" Tori screams "Hows my favourite niece" i smile and pick her up. "She is being a pain today, her dads gone away and she isnt happy about it" rory says cleaning her face.

Me and rory talk for a got 2 hours and lori walks in from work "Hey my three favourite girls" She hugs rory "we still on for tomorrow mom" rory saying putting tori jacket on "Yes, but meet at 1? Jess got her 12 week scan" lori smiles and lets rory out.
