I'm standing in a random YouTubers kitchen at a party trying to look out for random drunk people, Courtney and Olivia tried to convince me to come to the dance floor but I declined

From where I am standing I can see Ian, who is standing a few feet away chatting with Shayne and Keith laughing at I'm guessing a joke someone said, I smiled at the sound of his laugh it was just so contagious

Ian and I have been dating for a couple months but only a couple people knew since it's so new relationship but we've been friends for years now

He saw me smile at him and nodded his head and waved with a bigger smile now

While I was caught up in my own thoughts I was broken from my tanse by someone wrapping their arm around my waist quite tightly

"Hey baby do you want to go somewhere more... private?" The drunk slurred "no thank you" I mumble then yanked his arm off of me

"Come on baby nobody will hear us... I promise" he again slurs pretty loud this time pushing himself on me pinning me against the counter, I again said no and push him off tears streaming because of how scared I was and tried to walk to Ian

I finally caught his eye with the quick movement and right before I got to him the man yelled "you don't have to be such a fucking bitch" pushing my back making me stumble into the boys

"What is your problem dude?" Ian says walking towards the man but I stop him by putting my hands on his chest "no I'm fine everything is ok" I whisper to him

By this time Shayne and Keith are standing between the guy and us telling the guy i wasn't interested and for him to just leave, which surprisingly he did

"Did he touch you? Are you hurt? Tell me what he did" he stuttered out still pissed off at the guy "he pushed my back but it didn't hurt that bad" I tell him still having my hands on his chest not letting him move

"Do you just want to leave?" He asks after he hugs me "I don't want to ruin you guys fun" I say frowning turning to the boys, they both give me a hug

"We can just go hang out at my place" Ian offers rubbing circles on my back Shayne and Keith both agree and go and get the girls and meet us outside

The girls run up to me and hug me asking if I'm ok "I'm going to have a couple bruises on my back but I'm ok" I say a couple stray tears streaming down my face smearing my makeup again

Ian wipes the tears away with his thumb and pulls me in for a hug and kisses my head "you are ok now, everything will be ok" he tells me rubbing my back

"Ok, ok I'm ok" I stutter snapping myself out of it wiping my tears away and turning back the the rest of our friends

"We'll meet you at Ian's house in a few minutes, I'm calling an Uber for us" keith says giving me another hug before Ian and I walk to my car

"Can you please drive? I can't stop shaking and I do the think that's the best when driving" I say laughing at the last part "I was going to offer anyways" he says grabbing my hand and kissing my forehead

When we finally reach my car I sit in the passenger side and he climbed in the driver side and pull out of the driveway of the YouTubers house

"Are you sure you're ok y/n?" He asks grabbing my hand rubbing the back of if with his thumb "yeah it was just so much at once, but it could of been a lot worse" I say leaning my head against his shoulder sighing

We pull into his driveway, he puts the car in park and turns to me "How are you so pretty even when you cry" he says cupping my cheek in his hand then leaning in to kiss me

I smile into the kiss and pull away just smiling at him we are jerked out of the moment with Olivia knocking on the car door window scaring us both

We get out my cheeks blushing from slight embarrassment and we all walked into the house farely silent

"so I'm guessing you guys are dating" Courtney suddenly says where only I can hear as we are walking into the kitchen getting drinks, I just stood there in shock then finally whisper "don't tell the others, hardly anyone knows, we are planning to tell everyone in two weeks" I say stressed out

"Of course" she said laughing then grabbing the glasses of soda she was pouring and I follow her into the living room where everyone else is, carrying my glasses too

"So you guys are dating." Shayne says so matterafactly to me when I give him a glass of soda which caused me to almost spill my drink on myself "um... Actually yeah we are" Ian says to Shayne causing the whole group to gasp

"So much for telling people in two weeks" I say laughing punching Ian's arm lightly "how long have you been together?" Olivia asks excitedly I look at Ian kind of puzzled "two months I think" I say not really knowing for sure

Ian just shrugs and everyone laughs "you guys will have to go on a double date with Sam and I some time!" Olivia adds even more excited "give me a time and place, and I'll drag him if I have to" I say making everyone laugh again

I finally make my way to the couch sitting next to Ian and resting my head on his shoulder and he wraps his arm around my back resting his hand on my hip messing with the waist band of my flowy shorts

"Do you want to watch YouTube videos?" Ian asks the group after a couple minutes of comfortable silence, everyone agrees and he turns on a random video

We spent the rest of the night just hanging out with our friends, watching random YouTube videos, talking about life, and just catching up with each other. A pretty good night if I do say so myself :)
