So I had genevieve blindfold herself in the car. Even though she was a little fussy about it, she did it anyway. What she does know is that I'm taking her to a restaurant, but I didn't tell her the name because I wanted it to be a surprise.

So I'm blindfolded in Andrews car and I have no idea where we are going. The car ride has been really quiet but comfortable.
"Why aren't you talking to me" He pouts and I laugh. "I'm tryna figure out where we are going and that requires a lot of thinking" I snort.
"I mean your not gonna figure it out but you can try" I groan.
"I will just wait until we get there but I'm not gonna give up" he stifled a laugh.
15 minutes later....
The car comes to a stop and my hearts starts to beat out of my chest.
"Ok so gen we're here and I am gonna carry you out of the car. Is that ok" I nod my head and feel him pick me up out of the seat of his range.
.. A couple steps later we are at the destination and his feet come to a stop. He puts me on the ground and under me it feels like sand.
"I took your shoes off so you could feel the ground" I laugh. "Im gonna take off your blindfold in 3. 2. 1" I gasp. He took me to a beach and setup a little dinner.

"You did this all for me" I whispered turning to him. His cheeks turn a scarlet color and he just laughs.
"I mean yeah I feel like you deserve the best" he grabs my hand and sits me down on his lap. He grabs a guitar and starts singing this song.
I had a dream about you last night Your eyes were shining so bright Those lips and that bittersweet smile I need this forever
And the song goes on. He stops playing his guitar and stares at me.
"You know, I wrote that song for you. And im gonna put that on my album" I almost started crying
"Andrew, you didn't have to do that. I'm not that special" my voice quivered.
"genevieve why can't you realize that you're special. You have a lovely family that you can talk to anytime, you have a music career that gets you good money, and you have a beautiful son wait for you at home. Now tell me that you're not special" he made a really good point there. What I have others don't.
"i didn't bring you here for you to get all down. I brought you here to ask you a question" my heart starts to beat fast. Is today the day we are going to become official.
"Will you be my girlfriend gen, we known each other for a good 5 months and have gotten closer so much. I want you to be the mother figure in Ivy's life and I wanna be the father figure in Declan's life. So please be my girlfriend" this is when the waterworks start to come down. I whisper a yes and he pulls me into a hug, not caring about his shirt getting wet.
"Thank you Andrew, for making my life complete" I look up at him.
"No thank you, without you I would be spending less time with my daughter because of how busy I was." He looks down at my lips and back up into my eyes. Our lips connect together and it feels like the Fourth of July in my stomach.
