Chapter Four

   3rd Person's POV

 
  "NO, no, no...." Mackenzie pants as she tries to calm herself as we were heading to the hospital.

  "Please, let's calm down." Rhodes spatted who's focused on driving.

"I can't contact Lian and Kade." Lath shooked his head in annoyance.

Isa stayed calm as she was praying God to save her friends. The school days was just starting but the happenings around them are just... ridiculous and frustating.

  The four of them immediately ask the nurse at the counter if where was their friends. After they've reached 2nd floor, they've saw Fiona, David and Rinzie's parents who looks like about to give up.

   "Mrs. Voclain?" The doctor asked. Please please please save David. Mackenzie's thought as she breath out heavily.

 
   "I'm sorry but David Voclain didn't make it." They fell on their knees. The information was too much to handle.

  Mackenzie and Isa started to cry.

 
   David's gone. David's gone.

 
  After a minutes, a doctor has come out on the emergency room once again and called out Rinzie's parent.

   Rhodes hugged Mackenzie and Isa as they were expecting for a good news because this was too painful.

   "Declared death on 7:40pm." The doctor tapped Rinzie's parents.

   Isa didn't know what to do. She had heard too much. David and Rinzie, and who's next Fiona? She was scared to death. This night is a nightmare, she wish she would wake up.

    "I'll just go to the chapel, I'll get back to you guys." Mackenzie stated and headed to the chapel. She kneel down as her tears burst out in too much pain.

   "God, i believe everything happens for a reason. But...this moment..i don't know what it is for. Please Lord, give us a sign. Please guide us. Cover us in your precious blood. Protect us, your child, at all cost dear Lord. As Rinzie and David heads to your kingdom, give them all happiness in heaven. In Jesus name i pray, Amen."

Mackenzie was about to dry her tears when a hand offered a handkerchief. She look up and saw Isa smiling tiredly.

  She accepted the handkerchief and wipe her tears. "Isa..." She started.

  "Shhhh." Isa hush her and let Mackenzie lean to her shoulder. She knows what Mackenzie is going through.

  Mackenzie has a secret feeling towards David for a long time but she had no guts to tell what she felt for him and now he's gone....it was all too impossible.

"I hope he'll be happy. I hope they'll be happy." She whispered and stare at the cross infront of them.
 

  "We will pray for them." Isa tapped her shoulders. "Fiona is safe. She's now recovering, let's pray for her and Railee."

  
Mackenzie cried once again. What's happening to her and her classmates? Was this done in purpose or all was just a coincidence?

  She was too stress to think about it. She needs fresh air. Silence. And to wake up in this nightmare.

ON THE NEXT day, everyday was sad to hear the news.

   "Don't y'all think it's strange?" Ayera started off while their teacher wasn't around yet.

  "What? What strange?" Ivan joined the conversation. Ayera pressed her lips together as she thinks deeply.

  "The happenings. It's only been days since some of us known each other. And now, four of our classmates has been into different accidents." She stated. Her classmates started to agree.

  
   "No." Bry shook his head. "Just a coincidence, Ayera. Nothing else." He gave everyone a disapproving look.

   "Bry's right, everyone." Kade speak up, beside him was Klea. "And we could never tell."

  
    "I'm hoping the accidents will never follow. Please keep your self safe everytime." Giovanni said and few of the girls hugged him as an appreciation for his concern.
 

   The day ended and the grade 10 decided to visit David and Rinzie at the Lá Mount.
