Tangled Together

Check in : Chapter two

So tomorrow's moving day. But I have to drive 2 hours to the Western University of the Arts today . But I have my bff Hope to drive it with me. So we finished packing everything and we went to check it out. Tomorrow our parents and siblings will come to help us finish setting up our dorm room. So as we drove we jammed out to a bunch of songs from when we were kids and prank called my brother. I know,I know its so childish. We thought we should savor our last few hours before we are officially college students. But as we pulled up to our college we started to freak out. We will be spending our next 5 years there.  That will be our new home.  So we got out of the car and took a deep breath. And we walked to the administrators office.

When we got to the office we saw a few ladies sitting at their desks. There was one woman in the right desk that looked familiar. She was a burnt umber color, She had long black hair in braids. She spoke to us in this deep calming voice. She said "How may I help you". "Umm we are new students and we came to get our keys and our schedules." said Hope.  As they were talking  I took a look around.There were some pictures of the schools founder, some of the school teams and some  certificates. Hope turned around and handed me my keys. I was like "OMG" its a house of our own.  I was freaking out. We also got a map of the campus with the building that our dorm room was circled.  We followed the map and we got to our dorm room building. It was beautiful with ivory colored pillars and lots of flowers. I took a deep breath and thought "welcome to my new home for the next 5 years."We then climbed the stairs to the second floor and came to dorm 602. We took a quick selfie, turned the doorknob and walked in.
