He's Back!

Chapter 3: School starts

I stand there with my mouth hanging open staring at the smirking cooper. "I'm going back home...." I told my mom, she frowned and nodded. "Wait" cooper said before I could leave. "What kind of cookies are they? He asked staring at the cookies. I jut rolled my eyes and left.

It was bad enough that I was next door to Zig Novak, the player,( but others at my school call me the luckiest girl alive) and now on the other side will be my ex-boyfriend! How did my life get so dramatic all of the sudden! Ugh, I fear for what is coming next.

*THE NEXT DAY: FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL*

"I STAY UP TOO LATE, GOT NOTHING IN MY BRAIN, THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE SAYYYY! THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE SAYYYY!". Shake It Off blasts through my room and I know it's time to get up for school. I had set the song for my alarm clock but now I am regretting it. But at least it woke me up, right?

I get up and out of my bed and get dressed in a black tank-top with gray letters that say "you only live once so make today fun". That's right folks I have a Y.O.L.O.S.M.T.F shirt. After that, I just put on some grey jeggings and combat boots. I also put on my black leather, wrap around, studded bracelet.

I head into the bathroom to brush my teeth, comb my hair, and put mascara on. After that I head down stairs and hear my combat boots make a loud "thump" each time they made contact with a step. I walk into the kitchen and get out a bowl and a box of Lucky Charm cereal. I pour some milk in and start eating it up. Pretty soon my bowl is empty and I pack my lunch box. When it's all packed I grab my book bag, purse, and IPhone.

I walk to my mailbox and wait for the bus to come. I look to my left to see zig getting on his motorcycle and riding away. He doesn't usually ride the bus, he just rides his motorcycle. To my right I see Cooper standing by his mail box and when he sees me staring, he smiles a breathtaking smile and his light brown hair falls on his forehead. Get ready Zig Novak, you have some competition.

Zig an his best friend, Miles, are some of the most popular people in the school. The others being the head cheerleader and her crew, and some of the other jocks on the football team. Cooper was one of the jocks years ago so I suspect he will join the football team again.

Another thing you must know is that Cooper and Zig are sworn enemies. Some fight over who's more popular and who has more girls swarming around him in the eighth grade caused that.

I hear the familiar roar of the bus engine and get sucked back into reality when the bus arrives. It slows down and stops in between Cooper and I's house. I get on first heading for the very last seat saving the spot next to me and the seat across from me for Edward and Grace.

Grace's stop is first, so she walks in and sits next to me. Edward comes shortly afterwards and when he gets on he looks at us and smiles, quickly heading for the back seat. "Hey, what's up guys?" he said in his low, guy voice. "Nothin' much. How'd football tryouts this summer go?" I asked, looking up into his green eyes. "Good! I made the team!" he says smiling happily. " I am so happy for you, Edward!" Grace says smiling too. The bus ride went on like that until we got to the school. I was excited because this year Grace and I had lockers next to each other and Edward's was kit a couple lockers down.

We turned into the School's parking lot and waited till we could get off the bus.

The first day of school was about to begin.
