Everyone arrived at Daniella's house except Nick. All the football players and cheerleaders were either dancing or drinking in the kitchen or out back swimming. Daniella was in the living room with her cup in one hand watching the dance battle Zion and a one of the players were having, but she kept looking out the window to see when Nick was here.

About an hour past and nick still wasn't there. Daniella got a little upset because she really wanted to talk with him. She went into the kitchen and filled her cup with a stronger drink and went onto the porch swing. It was dark and silent for the most part beside everything inside.

Daniella POV
Where is he? All I wanted to do was talk about everything and he doesn't even show up. Gosh I made this drink way to strong. As I was starring off into the field across from my house sipping down my drink. My eye lids were heavy and all I wanted to do was shut th— (Falls asleep 😴 )

Nicks POV
I got into my car and sat there for a minute just debating if I should go or not. I wanted to go because I wanted to talk to Daniella but another part of me didn't want to go because Zion would be there. I drove off just listening to music. I just wanted to drive and clear my head. By then I realized it was already 11:30.

"Shit. I told Dani I would come!" I turned my car around and drove to Dani's house.
I pulled into the driveway seeing a bunch of cars on the side of the rode and hearing loud music coming from inside her house. I parked and seen Dani passed out on the swing of her front porch with a empty cup in her hand. I jumped out my car and rushed over to her.

"Hey, Dani. Dani. Wake up Dani." I said softly but loud enough for her to wake up.

Daniella POV
I felt someone rubbing my arms and saying my name. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Nick. I slowly sat up and looked around.
"Gosh you scared me, I didn't think you were going to wake up!" Nick said putting his hands on my face holding me up. I quickly grabbed his hands and pushed them off my face. I look at him with anger.

"What? What's wrong?" Nick said looking confused.

"What's wrong. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!" I said raising my voice standing up almost falling over because I was a little tipsy but of course nick caught me.

"STOP! JUST DONT TOUCH ME! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS! AND YOUR NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TALK! IS THAT SO HARD?" I said yelling in his face.

"Dani, I'm sorry I—" nick said trying to calm me down.

"NO IM DONE WITH EXCUSES! AND TO THINK I WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO TELL YOU I HAD FEELINGS FOR YOU! I said putting my hands on my forehead.

"You have feelings for me? " Nick said standing up with me.

WHY DOES IT MATTER YOU DONT EVEN CARE OR FEEL THE SAME WAY!" I said walking away to go inside. But just when I put my hand on the door knob, nick grabbed my arm and turned me around so are bodies were centimeters apart and he kissed me.

Nick pulled away and smiled at me. "Dani, I like you. Like a lot and I'm sorry I was late, I was just debating whether to come because I thought Zion would have already gotten to you before me."Nick said.

"Wait Zion? What does Zion have to do with this?" I said confused.

" I heard him in the locker room talking with the boys telling them that he was going to ask you out." Nick replied.

"Well that doesn't matter because I like you...a lot." I said smiling while pulling him into another kiss.

"Come on lets go inside." I said pulling nick behind me as I walked in the door. Everyone was still partying and having fun.
