You are a thirty-five-year-old animator named Henry. You live in a broken down apartment complex that hasn't been fixed since you started to live there 5 years ago. Ever since you got gravely ill with cancer you haven't been able to work. Your friend Joey drew who owned the studio was now always furious with all the other workers because they weren't getting things in their department done on time. He blamed you because you were no longer at work, even though he knew for a fact that you had cancer. You went for chemotherapy about every week and started to gradually get better. You were also a person who was very laid back, but still got things done around your apartment. While not being able to go to work you frequently drew pictures of bendy, your old cartoon character.
While cleaning around your house one day you found a strange envelope near the front door. You thought to open it but decided to leave it until later. The time on your watch said 5:30 so you put the envelope on your desk and made dinner. You made yourself some ramen on your stove. It took longer than normal so after you ate you decided to check the stove. Nothing was wrong with it, so you closed the inside up and went to read.
You were reading your favorite book, The Hobbit. This book has been read by you over 10 times. At the workshop, your old friend Sammy Lawrence, or SL for short wrote your favorite song: The lighter side of hell. You were listening to it on your old 1880 record player. It was handed down to you by your dad. On your watch that now lay on the side of your bed, It said 11:30. You were about to go to bed, but you remembered the strange envelope that you had gotten earlier.
You read the letter: Dear Henry, We dearly miss you. We would love it if you came back to the workshop. There is something I need to show ya.
