1. Luca can make up to 5 people go insane just by laughing. The effect lasts for 24 hours, or until they get KO'd.
2. Sew allows him to make a needle and thread appear at a size that he chooses. He has yet to discover that he has this quirk.
Drawback:
Insanity: Overuse can cause Luca to go insane himself.
Sew: Overuse can cause him to lose all feeling in his arms.
