It's been 3 weeks since I got back and just like that it all starts again, all the drama, all the confusion, all of it.

I want to be with Rye there's no say in it, I've never felt about anyone the way I feel about him. And with Remington it's more complicated because we've been friends for a while now but I never thought he'd actually like me back but once again I was wrong.

I just want to go back to South Africa and just be with Caro and Jarrod.

As I was sitting in Juliet's apartment she noticed that I was in my own little world. "(y/n), what's up honey? You're not usually this quiet?" she says giving me some coffee. I look at her then look down to the coffee and sigh "I don't know Juliet I guess I'm a little homesick for South Africa and my family..." she looks at me then turns around and walks to a little wooden box on the coffee table.

She hands it to me "I didn't want to tell you now but Andy told me you looked a little bit more down then usual and with us being done with the clothes I thought we could start our fashion show in South Africa... "

I ran and hugged her tight, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I look at her with teary eyes "you better go pack we're leaving for South Africa in the morning" she says hugging me back.

I oblige and make my way home. There are so many thoughts spiraling in my mind that as I open the apartment door I didn't even know what to do first. I think it all through and take my phone, calling my dad first.

D- Hello (n/n)

Y- DAD I have such amazing neewwwssss

D- what's that honey?

Y- I have a massive surprise for you but you can only get it tomorrow... Okay?

D- Um okay honey, just let me know how I'll get or see this surprise

Y- Always, love you byee

End of conversation*

I start packing and make my way to all my other appointments and also to my best friends work. "hey B let's go home for a little bit please, I've already got the tickets and we could use your modeling skills." I say entering her office "so Juliet finally told you about her plan then?" she replies laughing and showing me her ticket as well.

The rest of the evening was spent preparing for the next day, a lot was gonna happen and I wanted to make sure everything went according to plan for everyone.

*the next morning*

We all wake up and make our way to the airport and board our plane, it was all over, I didn't have to stress so much about anything.

a few minutes before landing the pilot speaks again "good morning folks, it's a nice and sunny day here in the beautiful Hoedspruit where we'll be landing in the next few minutes, so cabin crew please prepare the aircraft for landing. And thank you for flying Emirates." As soon as he said that I got so excited and nervous about seeing everyone that I left here.

We land on the army base where my parents work and just outside is a car waiting to take us to my father's office. It was close to his birthday so I thought this was the perfect way to make his birthday special.

As we put on our phones I see I got a message from Rye,

From Rye

Hey (n/n), hope everything is going well? Um I just wanted to say I miss you and I hope to see you soon.

All I replied is "take me back to the place we met." All I wanted was for it all to stop and I needed to clear my mind a bit and this was my coded message to say if it's what you want come and get me.

At my father's office area I dress up for him not to recognize me at first, I walk in and knock on his door "hello miss, something I can help with?" I just nod and walk closer to him and hugged him. I felt his body tense up, I took off the hat and wig. He immediately grabbed me and hugged me tight. "I've missed you so much pumpkin" he says as he releases me from the hug.

My father and I have never been apart from each other for this long it has been almost  a year and a half since I was last in Hoedspruit.

The team was in Hoedspruit for about a week then we'd be heading off to Pretoria and then Cape Town. 3 weeks of home is just what I needed and maybe a bit of a hair change. My father and step-mom invited us to dinner and a special night for me just to be able to spend some time with them, like the old times.

It was a really amazing week in Hoedspruit with my father and everyone I knew from there, but now it was time to go back to Pretoria where my mom, family and friends were.

After a long trip we finally park in front of Ruan's house, I haven't seen any of them in 2 years and I actually missed them so much. I knocked on the door and waited for him to answer, he was quick to answer as if he was waiting for someone. "Hello, can I help you?" he says looking at me. "Actually a matter of fact you can, because I missed you more than anything else." I reply hugging him tightly, he was a bit shocked but happy nonetheless. He told me about all the things that happened in the past 2 years while I was gone.

Same with my mother she was so surprised and of course we both started crying like little babies. Now it was just Jarrod left to see, I saw on his Instagram that he had a girlfriend now.

I walked to his front door and knocked lightly, within minutes he was in front of me "wassap you little bean?" I say as he looks at me in awe. He swung me around as he hugged me and had his face buried in my neck, I've never seen him this way before. "Gash I've missed you more than you can even begin to imagine" he says finally letting go, with his girlfriend standing in the doorway and I have to say she is really pretty [I mean no homo with that but like everyone is beautiful so it's fine if you think so] like much more prettier than I am.

Jarrod and I spend the rest of the week together, we had so much fun and had a lot to catch up on.

After we left Pretoria it was Cape Town next, which went by pretty fast. Of course our 3 week vacay ends at the same place where it all started, Hoedspruit. When we got there I stayed with my father, because the guesthouse was booked for some reason.

As I walked down the road past the guesthouse I hear the front door opening but I couldn't see the person walking out so I kept walking and the next thing I knew was that Rye and I were kissing.

Rye's pov

As I left the house the first thing that I saw was her, it was only her. She was right in front of me so I walked up and kissed her passionately.

hi there, long time no see. I'm sorry for not posting anything sooner, but I wanted to put in a 100% with this chapter and I started working really hard so I never have enough time to do things but anyways I'll see ya next time.
