He was stuck in my head, his eyes, his hair, his everything. Things may have been tough but he made things all better. He smiled at me at every glance. I was waiting for him to ask me on an other date. On a Wednesday afternoon we both ended up siting beside each other at lunch. I wanted him to ask me so bad but he never said a word.
Lunch was over and we were back in our same old math class. Today wasn't just a normal math day, we actually got to work in a group today. Miss Venaticale picked names and just with my luck I was thinking I would end up with Randy Waru. One of the most annoying kids ever. Crossing my fingers I hear misses Venaticale say " Anne and......... Matt". I was so excited! I wanted to yell as loud as I could, but I kept it cool.
We went and sat beside each other in silence. We had paper and our math book placed in front of us. I glanced over and smiled at him. " So what do you think about this partner thing?" I asked " It's ok, but I really wanted to be with Sarah Marshall. She is so cute" I was so kind of shocked and also sad. I thought Matt liked me. We sat for the rest of our class listening to the teacher and reading through our books. When the bell rang I quickly got up and walked through the door.
The day was finally over and I couldn't be more happy. the situation with Matt was so embracing. I was happy to be his partner but the whole time he liked stupid Sarah Marshall's. With my biggest crush still on my mind I walked through my front door back into chaos. My mom was sitting on the couch with a depressed look on her face " Hey mom how was your day" She looked at me but never answered. " Did you have anything to eat yet?" I asked. " Ya there is some blood in the fridge" I walked over pulled the fridge door open are grabbed out the blood. I pored it into a cup and went to my room for bed. I stared up at the sealing and closed my eyes and fell asleep.
The next day I woke up to my alarm clock. I stood out of my warm bed and walked over to my closet and picked my clothing for the day. I headed down stairs. I decided to skip breakfast and go straight to my bus stop. I opened my door to our quiet and mellow street. I stepped down our stairs and made my way to the bus stop. I put my headphones so I wouldn't here the quiet sounds of the early morning. I turned down the street to go to the bus stop. I looked to the right and saw the bring lights of a car coming to me. I tried to run away but I felt stuck. When the light finally caught up with me it was all dark. And it felt like the end of my existence.
