The mysterious room down the hallway

2 weeks before Halloween

"Squeee" Patricia went when the announcement speakers announced that there is going to be a Halloween party in three weeks.

I obviously found no amusement in it. I mean why make a fuss over some dumb party. It's not even the first time it's happening. Gosh.

"careful girl" Samantha said to her whiles still reading her book. Still don't get why she even reads that book. It's just so dumb.
'Perry Goes To Peek-Peek Island' what the 🤬. I always get infuriated when I even get a glimpse of it.

"leave her alone u guys" Raymond , Patricia's boyfriend said charmingly staring at us. He's always had this charming smile(not that I'm interested in him or anything), white pearls for teeth, well built, CLEAN(unlike all the guys I know😒) and extremely hot, not as in temperature but hot,hot.

"Whatever" we both said in disgust as they kept on kissing themselves(not like we're jealous or anything).

"I wonder where my Thomas is" Sammy said looking at me as if to make me jealous that I'm still single. It didn't affect me this much. I'll tell you why. Recall what I just said about Pat's boyfriend and imagine the complete opposite. There u have it. Oh love, look what love is doing to innocent (not really) people.

"U know how many guys are chasing after me right?" I said with the same motive towards her. She shrugged and walked away past a door with the printing "FORBIDDEN" on it though. It has been there for years no one bothered to asked why it is 'FORBIDDEN' in the first place.

I took on the task to find out. I turned to Patricia to tell her but I saw that she was still busy with Raymond so I run after Sammy instead but she yelled behind me

"Where u goin'?"

"I'll explain later Pat!" I yelled back as a made a turn to the left side of the hallway which I saw Sammy go. I managed to keep up with her heavily panting

"wow u're fast" I complimented her

"sorry I didn't know u were following me

"never mind" I said trying not to make her feel guilty. Though she would have made me feel terrible had she been in my shoes.

"So whats up?" she asked like she taught I was going to say something unimportant at all. Note: I always say reasonable and important things. How could she even think like that

"Have u ever wondered why that door is always closed?"

"Not really"

"how about we find out" I said excitedly

"forget it" she said forbiddingly.

"come on it will be fun, please, please, please"

"U can't force me"

"of course I can"

"try"

"I won't tell the principal that u and Thomas are..."

"Fine!" she interrupted rudely.

"Squeeeee, thank u, thank u, so very much, thnx"

"I just hope we don't get into any kind of trouble"

"don't worry. Now let's go and convince Pat to join us I'm sure those two are done by now".

"And if they're not?"

We both burst into laughter.
