Brian got stopped by the cops so of course, I stopped beside him to help him out, forgetting about his past. I pulled out a gun and aimed it at a cop.
"Let him go," I growled and Brian chuckled nervously, pushing my gun towards the ground.
"Oh Val, your hilarious," Brian said and took the gun off me, putting it in the waistband of his jeans. "Guys this is Valory but we call her Val," Brian said and I looked at him. "Play along," he hissed. I put my arm around Brian's waist and the cop squinted at me. So of course, I flashed him a big smile.
"Sorry. I've always wanted to be like my older cousin," i said and the cop nodded.
"Uhuh... Okay O'Connor, you can bring her along but she's not allowed in the conference room," the cop said and he nodded.
"Get in your car Ari, follow us," he said quietly and I nodded.
"Sorry Bri... Old habits," I murmured and skipped over to my car.
"She seems a bit psychotic Brian," I heard the cop say and I laughed softly to myself before getting into the car.

I followed the cops to their hideout and sat outside the conference room waiting for Brian to come out. While I was waiting a scrawny guy came over to me and started talking to me.
"Hello I'm special agent Stasiak," he said and took my hand, pressing a kiss to it. I grinned and decided to have a little fun with him while I waited for Brian.
"Hello Mr Stasiak. I'm Valory," I grinned and he sat beside me.
"So Valory, what's a pretty girl like you doing here?" He asked. "Not in any trouble are you?" He said and I giggled.
"Oh Mr Stasiak no, no, no. I'm waiting for my cousin," I said and he nodded.
"Well that's good, a family girl. I like that in a woman," he said and I smiled softly, looking into his eyes.
"Y'know what Mr Stasiak..." I said in a husky voice, leaning towards him.
"What?" He asked, gulping slightly.
"My boyfriend said exactly the same thing to me when I met him," I said and he shot back, eyes wide. I looked at him innocently.
"What's wrong Mr Stasiak?" I asked innocently, my eyes wide. That was when Brian walked out of the conference room and looked at us.
"Stasiak leave my cousin alone," he said sternly and took my hand. "Come on Val, we have somewhere to be," he said and I nodded.
"Nice to meet you Stasiak," I grinned and flounced off. Brian lead me towards the lift and once we were inside it I burst out laughing.
"That was hilarious," I grinned at Brian and he laughed softly, putting his arm around me. "Hope he wasn't one of your mates Bri," I said and he laughed out loud.
"Nah Stasiak hates me," he grinned and I smiled back. "Now come on. We're going to see an old friend of mine," he said and exited the lift.
