Jack Byers stood in the cave,it was a full moon and he didn't want to hurt anybody,so he had started to tie himself up,at least until he heard a scream. One that was filled was terror and fear.
And without thinking,even though the shift was starting to happen,he broke through the chain,and groaned and screaming in pain he still found a way to run towards the helpless sound.

He fell against a tree,his screams drowning out the other's scream. And,if he was a regular human he wouldn't hear her screams. The screams sounded more feminine and familiar. He knew this person,but he couldn't figure out who it was.

The screams continued and by now he was half shifted,he had been a werewolf for a while now . And now shifted into his entire wolf,he ran towards the screams.

He saw two figures,one last n the ground trying to back away from the other,and the other leaning over the terrified girl. Jack growled,making the two look up,and the girl seemed even more terrified.
But before either could react,Jack ran, jumping in the air and landing in-front of her.

Jack growled,attacking him. The vampire dunked,trying to avoid the bite of a werewolf. A werewolves bite could kill a vampire. And the vampire,not matter how much he wanted revenge on the girl,did want to live to deliver the punishment.

The vampire glared,hissing.
"Better watch your back,I will get my revenge."

The vampire ran off,Jack looked at Elena,making her jump back. She quickly stood up,and Jack had gotten a good look at her. But,before she could even open her moth,he ran off.

Elena Gilbert,oh god,I can't believe I just ran off.

Elena watched him run,wondering if she had known the wolf.
"Tyler? But,would he have run?"
