Adam was the identical twin of Issac Lahey, which cause when either brother was in trouble they both would. Since he couldn't tell the difference and neither brother wanted each other to get hurt.
So, to say Adam was sad and heartbroken by his father's death, would be a lie. He wasn't exactly throwing a party, because that would look suspicious and evil.

But, soon the brothers grew a little more popular, Issac because he got the bite and Adam because he was Issac's brother. One thing, he never expected was to be fighting werewolves and such.

Adam looked around and wondered why the gel they brought him to this fight. He wasn't a werewolf, he wasn't a hunter. So how will he help them?
He leaned looked over to see an arrow enter an Oni, something he thought was impossible as it had started to glow. But, before he could even try to celebrate, he noticed another advancing towards Allison. And the only thing that ran through his mind at the moment; was how sad and upset his brother would be at losing her.

And before anyone could think, he stepped in front of Allison, taking an arrow from her back. And as he felt the sword go through him, he stabbed the Oni.

Issac stopped, he had felt weird and off. He looked over to see an Oni glowing and his brother in front of it and in front of Allison as if he was blocking her from something. The Oni soon disappeared, showing what had happened to Adam.
Issac's eyes widen as he had ran up to him before he could hit the ground. Adam groaned as he was shifted. Issac held Adam, scared and afraid of what was about to happen.
"Adam...."

Adam looked up at him, all the Oni had disappeared. Issac fumbled to grab his hand, not seeing him with the tears that drowned his eyes. Adam grabbed his hand, knowing he was searching for it. But, it would do nothing.
"We aren't kids where we can hold hands and the monsters would go away.  Those monsters never existed, dad was our monster."

Issac nodded his head, trying to take his pain away, but for some odd reason, he couldn't. Issac looked at him, confused.
"I can't take your pain."

Adam smiles, not really knowing why he wasn't feeling the pain. But, also had hoped that maybe Issac's mind would be at ease.
"It doesn't hurt."

Before anyone could comment on what he had said; he continued.
"All I ever wanted, was for you lot to care about me."

Issac tried to hug his brother without hurting him. He slowly brought him up; as Adam's voice got lower;
"You know, for a cover story, you should tell them, that...I died saving a dumbass, you or that Stiles boy."

Issac forced a laugh, not wanting this moment to be real. But it was, and how he wished it wasn't, was impossible. But, what had really got to him was when he heard;
"ADAM!"

Adam fell lifeless in his hands, which had caused Issac to cry even more. Adam's hand fell to the floor, as everyone watched; they had all been in their own world. Scott tilted his head when he had noticed something; wiping his tears, he grabbed Adam's hand and pulled his sleeve up. At this action, Issac pulled his arm away.

He held his body closer, the arm that Scott had grabbed; sleeve rolled up. And that's when they noticed it. Adam had a tattoo, and it was of his brother's initials, both of them. And above the initials is said; 'My worst fear is losing..."

Then said Issac's name and his brother; Issac had somehow cried even more.

Issac had looked down at the tattoo Derek, had just branded on him. Well, he had gotten a tattoo to remember his brothers. Then the year his brothers died next to their names.
