Rouge Alpha

Chapter Seven

   (Elizaveta 's POV)

   I stood up from the bed and limped out the door with tears streaming down my face. I could feel regret radiating off of his body but the anger was much stronger. "Where are you going!" Jax shouts at me. I didn't bother to answer as I ran/ limped down the stairs and out the front door. As soon as I my feet touch the cement steps I shifted and ran to the forest.

   Tears streamed down my fur as I ran through the forest. Every step I took pulsed with pain. I was almost to the border when a wolf snarled and blocked my path. Don t leave! Max shouted through the link. Why? I snarled in rage. Jax needs you. Please don't go. He whined. I have to. I don't fit into packs. I said sadly, maybe you'll see me some time soon. But what about your parents they'll be here tomorrow? He asked tilting his big wolf head. He had a white wolf with black speckles. Like Jax's but reverse. I'm sorry but I have to go. I said and went to step around him but he blocked me. I stepped the other way and he blocked my again.

   Max. Don't make me hurt you. I growled lowly. I can't let leave. I'm sorry. He growled through the link just as a group of wolves surrounded me. I noticed Jack, James, Sam, and Jason.
Jack had a white wolf with grey speckles, James had a russet wolf, Jason had a blonde wolf, and Sam had a brown wolf with light stripes of blonde.

   I snarled in rage. I'm leaving now! No one is going to stop me! I said through the link. They all closed in on me, making me claustrophobic. I snapped my jaw down on the ankle of the one closest to me. That happened to be Jason. He yelped and pulled away just as James snapped his jaw down on my tail making me snarl and yank it out of his mouth. Swinging out my paw I draged my claws down James's snout causing him to back away. Max bit my neck and pinned me to the ground I kicked him through the air with my one good back leg. He landed with a whine and went to stand up but fell back down. One down four to go.

  James rushed over to Max to make sure he was ok. Good. Jason and Sam were in front of me just sitting there doing nothing which confused me. Wait... Where's Jack? I was about to turn around when I heard a wolf howling in pain. I realized it was me as I fell to the ground with my broken leg being held in Jack's mouth.

   Attacked twice in one day I thought as I scrunched my eyes shut whimpering in pain. I knew I couldn't take even one more step. Jack gently set my leg on the ground and I winced as he released it. I laid deathly still, whimpering quietly. Soon I was in to much pain to make a sound. They all shifted and left me where I was to check on Max. Soon he shifted too and stood up.

   They all walked over to me and sat on the ground waiting for someone. About five minutes later a man that looked like a doctor came and keeled on the ground. He pet my head with his cold soothing hands and spoke to the boys. "I'll have to set her leg and she'll need a thick stick to bite down on. Then I will rap up her leg and she'll be good to go. But she won't be allowed to shift otherwise it might mess up the healing process," the doctor said.

   My ears twitched out of my own accord as I put the stick that James handed me in my mouth. I didnt understand why I was doing this until the doctor grabbed my leg. I went to sit up and strangle him but I was being held down by Jack and Sam. Jason, Max, and James all held my free three legs down.

   " I'm going to set your leg in three seconds. Ok? ", the doctor said. No. "1... 2...3!" . It all happened so fast. In a flash he set my leg the stick snapped in my mouth and I was pinning him to the ground. I had my paw on his throat and I wanted to kill him so bad. But I just didn't have the energy. I stepped off of him and slumped to the floor. My leg was still raging with fire as the doctor rapped it up.

   Soon he was done and I weakly stood up and the boys led me back to the house. No one had said a word since the border. I could tell the were linking each other but I didn't really care. I felt to dead to do anything right now actually. When we got to the house they all walked inside and held the door open waiting for me. I shook my head and walked to the edge of the forest and laid down.

   It was dark outside and the boys left a while ago. I looked at the rising moon and rested my head on my paws. I let out a long quiet piercing howl. Then I let the darkness consume me.
