cold showers

Well, it's that time of year where I religiously take cold showers. I took one this morning, and I took one a few minutes ago, and it was pretty darn great. I refrain from taking them during the winter season because I actually die, but it's spring now, so you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm living it up in the cold water 😂😂

I have also lost a singular pound which is pretty gnarly. Slowly but surely, you know.
