Chapter 7

Skylin above

Years later when skylin grew up he became a lot stronger each passing day and his mother was getting closer to her grave .

Skylin could you come here for a minute, you are all grown up now, I guess it high time you know about your responsibilities.

First I want to you to know the real reasons its your responsibility to undergo this duty of yours, will show you where it all started.

It started with your father , putting her palms either side of his head, relax my boy.

Then skylin started seeing the story about how his father and his best friend, which they later become each other's mortal enemy.  the fight that later happened between them which had  caused his father's death.

Jerking his head away skylin begins to cry.

So my dad was killed by his best friend.

Yes. said his mother.

Skylin became very angry.

Mum if i see this man I'm gonna kill him with my bare hands.

No my son don't let your range blind you which could cost you a lot so be patient it's not yet time for your revenge.

Now you have to travel to different places to learn more about your powers and how to properly control and use them not with rage but with what is right, this journey will take you 8 years of training as my research says, I'll wait for till then good bye and take care of yourself, please be extremely careful and attentive to your surroundings.

Mum please don't die on me before i come back and also please take care of yourself  very well for me. Promise.

Skylin did as he was told traveling  to different places with different master's to practice with , he learnt all about all his powers in less than 8 years. So he hurried back to the secrete hideout to surprise his mum.

Cloudy  heard a knock on the door thinking it was her son skylin was back not expecting to be in front of her greatest enemy.

Darkness.

Yeah that's me expecting someone else. he said

What are you doing here. she asked weakly

Awwn you hurt my feelings cloud , can't i come and see my ex best friend wife and the little brat. he said sarcastically.

Don't you dare lay a finger on  my son.

Hmm can you rephrase that sentence cos you got it wrong, can't say my 23 years of  searching for you and that brat would just to say hello and just leave , No that can't do . he replied grinning.

Damn you. cloudy screamed

she used her power to push him back into the woods, she became so angry that she was almost blinded by rage but she remembered that rage is not good when facing someone as corny as darkness. She calmed her self and formulated a plan on fighting darkness.

Darkness was so surprised to see that she had gotten a lot stronger since the last time they met, So he has to be very careful and strategic on attacking her.

Wow you've gotten a lot stronger than the last time I hope you won't bore me, let me have a lot of fun you hear me. he said laughing

You've have a lot of fun not to worry even in your grave. she replied smirking

You can't even use your powers well.

You don't wanna try me.

Sure i do cloud.

Cloudy and darkness started fighting seriously power for power, strength for strength, sweat for sweat. They both became very tired and cloudy was getting weaker by the second and the only way to kill darkness was to call upon her ancestors powers.

You're weak cloud didn't i tell you. Darkness said laughing

It's a pity that you'll die the same way your husband did but yours would be slow and it would be a sweet for me watch as you scream till you die.

Oh you think so, i like to see you try.

Ancestors of the moon and star grant me your powers.

Everywhere suddenly became dark the moon and the star shines brightly in the dark sky. Cloudy's body begins to glow brightly that it outshine darkness .

What the hell! . Darkness muttered under his breath

The ancestors replied " we are the ancestors of the moon and star ".

Darkness planned to use his dark powers to stab cloudy from the back, but she was fast enough to pierce him  with a big  star and unknowingly to cloudy, darkness has created a human form with a knife which stabbed her from the back .

I guess nobody won this fight check and thanks i had a lot of fun. Darkness said smiling while he slump dead.
