introduction: I am a 16 year old girl named Ash in this book, my sister is Court who is my twin. Grace and Samara are my besties.

MY POV:

should I or should I not wear purple heels with this dress, I mean black would look good too.. let me call Grace my bestie.

phone call: ash: Hey Grace so I'm wearing the blue dress with pink stitching on it, what heels should I wear?

grace: well I think maybe if you wear the heart locket ur dad got you before he left to Iraq and the black heel that we got at CharlotteRusse

ash: okay thanks Gracie *laughs* see you at school. (hangs up phone)

MY POV:

I'm driving to school and I stop at the red light at the intersection on Broad St. I love Broad street the mall is on it, and there's always cute little things going on like food stands and little boutiques. I just walked into school and I automatically see the new boy Grace was talking about a few days ago, too bad I was absent Friday or I would have met him.. I was at the eye doctors I found out I have Dyslexia and its weird because I've never really ha that much trouble reading before. but the new boy stops me his name is Cameron.
