"The convoy is ready sir and the charges are set."
"Good get everyone on the trucks and we will leave in 15."
"Yes sir!"
I watched out the window of my office as the young soldier waved everyone onto the trucks. It will be sad to watch my old home town be blown to bits but we are getting to crowded here. I opened the door to the crisp winter air and watched the makeshift armored trucks rollout. "I'm going to miss this place." I jumped into my 4 door armored muscle car and sped of towards the front of the convoy. My second in command watched the faces of the people on the trucks and said "They're scared," "It will be alright the hospital is safe and big."
As I watched out the rear view mirror I watched as the location once known as my home was engulfed in flames.
