Zariah POV
Ms Jarvis agreed for me to stay with her and she's been treating me like I'm her daughter wayyy better than my mom has been acting lately. I've been here for almost a month now and everyday after school my sisters come by and Mai'Ayla comes on the weekends or when she doesn't have class. It's Saturday morning so I slept in. I wake up to being kissed.
Jay: Morning princess
I opened my eyes.
"Morning baby"
I sat up but I felt weird
Jay: You okay?
I shake my head no. I try to get up and Jay helps me. I start to feel light headed and the room began spinning.
Jay: Baby you good.
My eyes start to close and I black out.
Jay POV
"BABY! Fuck"
I lay her down gently
"MA"
I run downstairs to my dining room where my mom was eating breakfast.
Ma: WHAT HAPPEN?
"Zariah pass out"
She stops what she was doing and get up and run upstairs with me. When we get to her mom check Zariah pulse.
Ma: She still have a pulse.
After a while she wakes up.
Zariah: My head....it.. i-it... hurts...
Ma: relax and take a deep breath.
On the deep breath she pass out again.
Ma: She gotta go to the hospital that's twice in a row and she ain't hit her head.
I nod and get my phone I call an ambulance. The hospital like 5 minutes away. When the ambulance arrives she still knocked out and they take her to the hospital. I go in the ambulance and mom drives the car.
At the hospital
Ma: Jay
She nod her head for me to come. I get up.
Ma: Zariah wanna see you boy
I nod and go to the room Zariah was in. When
I walked in she smiled. I sat on the bed next to her. We watched Netflix for a while and a doctor came in.
Doctor: Ms..... Hanley?
Zariah: Yes
Doctor: we didn't find any serious medical problems.. however... Christine you might want to sit down for this..
Ma: okayy....
Doctor: Ms Hanley you are expecting.
Zariah: I'm what?
"She what?"
Doctor:She's pregnant, congratulations
Zariah: Congratulations?! I'm 15!
Doctor: You shouldn't have had sex then 🙄
Jay: Now you finna watch who you talking to
Ma: You need to chill tf out it was an accident you just mad no woman ain want you.
Doctor: I could get you fired
Ma:So could I.
He roll his eyes and walk out the room
"Nigga"
Zariah laugh then looked down .
"Don't worry imma support it"
She nod and force a smile. I pick her head up and kiss her .
