What Just Happened?

Guess we're going to have to start at the beginning one last time huh? Here we go.....

My name is Peter Bengamin Parker. I was bitten by a radioactive spider and for the last, I would say two and a half years I have been the one and only Spider-Man. You know the rest. I saved the city a few times. Fell in love with Gwen Stacy. Saved the city a few more times. I had to fight my best friend Harry Osborn, during that battle I lost Gwen.......gave up Spider-Man for five months. But now I realize that New York needs Spider-Man because there aren't really any other heros to defend it. This is where we left off.

Peter didn't want to admit it but, he felt good after the fight with the "Rhino". He felt better about Harry, himself, and Gwen. Of course, Gwen was always correct. Peter was glad that Gwen was correct or else he wouldn't know what to do. That night of the fight he decided to pay Gwen a visit and thank her.

Peter made his way to the place where Gwen has been burried. He wore his regular clothes, some pants and a T-Shirt. He wore hoodie as well. Peter also brought his backpack for water, a snack bar, and of course his suit. He wouldn't go anywhere without it now. Even though he wasn't wearing the suit, he still wore his web shooters. Peter still felt upset that he couldn't save her but he felt at peace with it.

"Hey Gwen. You really helped out today. I don't think I could've pulled through without you......Thanks. I love you so much." Peter said. He realized that a tear had slipped. He quickly wiped it off. After a while the tears weren't just there anymore. It was like he was dryed out of tears.

"I wish I could see you again" Just as Peter said that his Spidey Senses started to buzz, and for good reason. All of the lights went off in the distance and the sound of zapping was in the air. For all Peter knew it was Electro again. He quickly put on his mask and started to run from where an explosion would happen. Before he even got three steps from where he was standing a big hole in the sky appereaed and started to suck Peter in it.

"What the hell!!!" Peter screamed. He used his web shooter to blast a web at the closest thing possible, which was Gwen's gravestone. Peter was hanging on for dear life until the web broke off and Peter was enclosed by the big hole. The hole shortly closed after that and all the lights went back on. But Peter Parker, was gone.

Peter tried to scream but it sounded like a old TV. He saw what looked like stars and space. He felt as if the wind was pushing him. In the distance he saw a white light. The Peter Parker side wanted him to try to escape but the Spider-Man side of him told him to charge head first into the light. Spider-Man won.

Once he reached the white light Peter saw that he was no longer in that vortex thing but an alleyway. With his natural reflex's he was able to land somewhat safely. 

"Oh my god. What just happened?" Peter kept telling himself under his breath. He took off the mask and shoved it in his backpack. 

Peter's POV

 What just happened? What was that thing? Where am I? I tried to calm down but the weirdest thing just happened to me and I don't know what to do. I was just at the cementary and now I'm in an alleyway. My Spider-Senses weren't going off so there wasn't any danger. This is rediculous, I need to find out where I am and how to get home.

I slowly got up and walked out of the alleyway. I saw that I was on 43 street. Wait. This is Times Square, so did I just teleport? I decide to walk a bit more until I realize that I have no idea what time it is. Naturally I take out my phone but my phone isn't working either.

"Think Peter." I tell myself. I walk until I get into the middle of Times Square. Everything seems normal. But that's when I turn around and see on one of the big screens.

"Enjoy 2017 while it last!"

2017! It can't be 2017. It's 2014!

"Oh my god. Oh my god." I whisper under my breath. How is it 2017! What if that vortex thing brought me into the future? I start to panick until my enhanced hearing catches up on something.

"The Avenegrs have relocated up state. There is no news towards the rebelling Avengers"

Avengers? Who are they? I need to know what the heck is going on.

"Excuse me miss? Who are the Avengers?" I ask some random woman walking by.

"Have you been living under a rock? The Avengers are Earth's mightiest heros." She says. I want to ask her more but her friend pulls her by the arm and they walk away. I feel dumbstruck. Earth never had any heros besides me.......wait.

It could be possible. What did Ms.Lino say about astronomy and vortexs?

"We think that Earth is Earth right? But what if I told you that out there, there are seperate dimensions that are all linked to our Earth? The multiverse is a hypothetical group of multiple universes including the universe in which we live."

This isn't my New York.

I rush to the public library only a few blocks away. I'm happy that it's still there. I go inside and quickly run to one of the computers. I pray that I still have my library card in my bag. Thankfully I do. I also make a mental note to visit the library more.

I put my card number in and it still works despite the fact I'm in another dimension. I get to google and I type in "Avengers". I also check the time. It's 5:39 pm.

"The Avengers are a band of heros that protect the Earth." I read aloud. I read more. Theres Iron Man who is Tony Stark. Black Widow, a assassin spy who is Natasha Romanoff. A green monster who is also a scientist called Bruce Banner. A fucking Norse god, Thor. Captin America, War Machine, and a few others. It also says that they had a fight and now the team is split up? If the Avengers exist does Oscorp?

I look up Oscorp and nothing pops up. If Oscorp doesn't exist then does Spider-Man? 

"Spider-Man" I say as I type it. Immediately there are websites and it says "Local Queens Vigilante" and stuff like that. Wait, Queens? Only Queens. Last time I checked Spider-Man protects all of New York city. I'm getting side tracked, if Spider-Man exists in this dimension then so does......

"Peter Parker" I say as I look up. It takes a while to load. Do I exist in this dimension? Do I look like me? The page loads and only one thing shows up.

"Mid Town Tech High School wins Academic Decathlon championship"

If there is anyone who can help me, it's me. I feel my Spider-Senses telling me to go find me, no it wants me to find Peter Parker. I guess it's time to go back to high school.

That is until tomorrow morning. Right now, I need to find a place to sleep.
