"So we would like to help our friend Katsuki Bakugo from getting the death penalty and potentially freedom from prison? We both believe he's learned from his mistakes.... yes thank you sir ," said Midoriya.
I looked at him from across the the couch with a worried look.
"So...what the lawyer say," I asked.
"We will have to get a confession that's he's regretful of what he did... also that he is willing Todo anything to help the families of the following victims.... you think he would really admit that's he's wrong (Y/n)," asked Midoriya.
"I hope so....I'm pretty sure he will if I tell him we're putting our necks on the line for him," I said.
For the next three days Midoriya and I worked our asses off. I called the prison Friday night .
"Hey~Kachan," I said.
"Hey lovely how are you ," smarted off Katsuki.
"Deku and I are putting our necks on the line to get you free.... so all we need is for you to say in court that you regret what you've done and your willing todo anything to make right with the families of the victims," I said.
"I can't lie (Y/n).... I'm ok with it I fucked yo and got caught," replied Bakugo.
"My life is one the line though....are you serious we're literally risking everything for you right now," I said.
"I didn't ask you to risk anything for me-," I interrupted him.
"If you get the death penalty I don't know what I'll do ... I can't go on living knowing I could of helped and got you saved if and you got the penalty! Do you hear me now come on Katsuki~ please I love you I don't want you do go away," I cried.
"Ok so if I say I'm really sorry for what I've done and I'm willing todo anything for the victims families I'll be set free? Or is it just a possibility," smarted off Bakugo.
I gripped the phone hard. His smart ass was starting to piss me off so much .
"Pretty much , with you saying that and having the top two hero's on your side with the top lawyer your promised to be set free," I said trying to keep a happy tone.
"Ok when I get out what dose that mean for us (Y/n)? Would we be a thing again or~," asked Bakugo.
This was the only time I heard real concern in his voice.
"I will think more to not being...pissed at you anymore and letting you start to come back over," I said.
"Ok.....I love you (Y/n)," He said, as if he was terrified of never seeing me again or hearing my voice.
His voice trailed with me all day long. Up until fear took over. Deku went to the prison to get a recording of Katsuki confessions of regret. Then the court date arrived .
I was dressed in my finest business suit . Deku was as well. I saw Katsuki in chains sitting in a chair with guns pointed at him. His eye lit up when they saw me. He instinctively moved a little.
"If you move we shoot got it ! You might get lucky today doesn't mean we can't still take you down ," threaten the police.
Families of the victims stared daggers at Izuku and I . We sat down waiting for court to start. The judge walk in.
"All rise," said the judge .
"We stand here today determining if Katsuki Bakugo should get the penalty or be set free," said the judge.
Our lawyer stood.
"Yes sir , Katsuki Bakugo wasn't always the monster you all see him as today. Once he was the second best student at UA Academy, but then left the school. For what reason no one knew. Only up till recently his ex girlfriend found out why she was left pregnant, and alone. Then having to go through the trauma of losing her said child not only once cause of the highly illegal drugs he was described to mothers everywhere," our lawyer was interrupted.
One of the doctors daughters stood up.
"Our father would never do something like that ! Our father loved babies! That monster just wanted him dead to hurt people," screamed the daughter.
"Order ! You may go on," order the judge.
"Like I was saying, that doctor could of gone on killing fetuses of Katsuki Bakugo didn't put an end to him, and ever other person he's killed , once we've done a background history on him we found out they were awful human beings breaking the law Jaír not getting caught! Even while he stayed at UA he was always doing what was right for the civilians ! All he's ever done was put people ahead of his self , so tell how a man so scarifying deserves the death penalty? How tell me how? I'll wait for you answer. I'll like to call Katsuki Bakugo to the stands," said our lawyer.
He was let go from the chair guns took down from firing.
"Katsuki Bakugo tell us about the zarpado case," asked our lawyer.
"I first saw him out in a alleyway.... throwing his little boy to the wall blackout drunk.... he finally went inside after ten minutes of beating his son... as he went back inside he turned to his son saying,' don't you dare try to come between me and your little sister private time ever again,' I went up to the boy and asked where their mommy was... he said his father killed her. And that he would kill them to if they ever told cause he was a cop.... and bitter cause he didn't have a quirk. I told him to stay outside while I went in... I saw the children father do awful things to his seven year old.... rage over came me.... next thing I knew I was running the seven year old out of a burning house.... I killed their last parent, cause he abused them both, they now stay with their grandma- I know she doesn't believe a word I say but it's true~that's why I did it ," confessed Bakugo.
"Do you regret what you put the families of your victims through," our lawyer asked.
"....you want to say what I need to , to get out? Or what I personally feel," said Katsuki.
"Yes we want the truth," said our lawyer.
"....gulp....I do regret everything I've done I wish I could go back....that's what you all want to hear isn't it?! Cause I have person I love and care for dearly so if you want me to lie -I'll lie-if you want me to die to make amends for what I did to help people of abuse... then I'll regret it, but honestly I just want out to be with the person I've always sacrifice everything for. I would of never been caught if I didn't go to save the person I care for.... I probably just blew any chances I had to get freed , but I don't wanna live if I have to pretend I didn't fuck up. I don't know where I'm going with this, but~ I never know where I'm going if I don't have the person I love by my side," confessed Bakugo.
Midoriya stood to start cussing Bakugo out up one side down the other.
"....ok than ..... I'll like to call (Y/n) (L/n) to the stand,"said our lawyer.
I got up there passing Katsuki he didn't dare look me in the eyes.
"Your one of the closest person to Katsuki Bakugo are you not," asked our lawyer.
"Yes sir-I am," I said.
"Have you ever been sexually and or romantically involved with the defendant ," asked our Lawyer.
"Yes... I have both," I confessed.
Gaps filled the courtroom....
"We're you ever impregnated by Katsuki Bakugo," asked our lawyer.
"...y-yes I was my first one back in high school when he left," I said.
"I have only two questions for you today. Do you believe he is really remorseful for what he did," asked our lawyer .
"I do think he's remorseful," I said.
"Do you think he will ever kill again," asked our lawyer.
"No I don't think he'll ever kill again," I said.
"That's all I needed to know," said our lawyer.
I remember sitting down. Only a miracle could save him now. Before we knew it , it was time for the victims families to go to the stands. I looked over at him to only see the regret was really tearing out of him.
"I...I remember daddy hitting me, but then grandma tells me to shut up cause my daddy was a good man, but-ever since mommy died-daddy started touch my lil sissy-then that-well grandma told me not to say this-but I can't lie-he saved us-bu-grandma tell me I'm wrong," said the little boy.
Our lawyer walked up to him saying that's all. Then it was time for break.
"I'm really nervous Izuku~what if we lose," I complained.
Midoriya looked pissed to no end.
" I-I don't know what to say.... the fucker fucked things up! After we are literally putting our careers on the line," cursed Midoriya.
         We waited...and we waited.... we waited so long that it seemed like a whole life time. Then they came back in.
             "The only thing we can say that would even give you a chance of getting free is if you promise something to the court," order the judge.
            I still had hope, but it was starting to fade I knew the odds were against us. So I started to tear up.
          "Do you Katsuki Bakugo swear if we let you go you will never! Never kill again," order the judge.
              I turned to Izuku, after seeing Bakugo's face having to think about his answer.
          "I'm sorry i dragged you into this Izuku....I know i shouldn't of thought he would change for me.....now our careers are in the dumps now.....cause of me~," I whispered as tears started to fall.
                I felt his gaze fall on me.
         "*sigh*~ if I swear on my life that I won't ever kill again can you make a promise with me judge," asked Bakugo.
              "And what is that promise," snarled the judge.
          "*sigh*~what ever happens to me ....what ever they decide please just make sure Deku and (Y/n) aren't effective.....they shouldn't have to suffer cause I decided to be a villain....so please sir may you at least have mercy on them no matter what I do," asked Bakugo.
              Izuku and my jaw dropped, eyes widened.
        "...ok I promise I'll keep them out of what ever your ruling is," asked the judge.
             "I Katsuki Bakugo swear on my life that I will never kill again as long as I breathe as god is my witness I swear," sworn Katsuki.
        Then thirty minutes later the ruling was made.
      "We find Katsuki Bakugo is to be set free," ruled the jury.
We met him outside the prison an hour later. Midoriya and I rode separate. I saw him walk out . I went up to him even though I was dying to run.
"Hey Your finally out! See I told you we would make sure you wouldn't die," I cheered.
He gain a annoyed-pissed expression on his.
"When the hell did I ever ask for the two of you help.... cause I would of tooken the death penalty," criticized Katsuki.
"I would of left you to die to?! But (Y/n) ask for our help you worthless pice a shit! I put my neck on the line with twins on the way for a villain who a doesn't give two shits," cursed Midoriya.
"Hey both of you calm the fuck down ok. Kachan we have to go to your ma's house ,"I said.
He turned to me
"Why the hell would I go anywhere with you," Snarled Bakugo.
"Your welcome you jackass! Your welcome for saving your life ! Considering to take your ungrateful ass back! But now! .....now.....your mom just wants to see you," I criticize as I left to my car.
