I woke up to the startling sound of my alarm. I quickly shut it off and got out of bed. Today was the first day of school. I glanced at my clock. In red, bold letters it read '6:30 a.m.'. I walked over to my closet and looked at my clothing. "Band shirt, jacket, jacket, jeans, band shirt, Ah! Here we go!" I said to myself. I pulled out my 'Batman' T-shirt, black ripped skinny jeans and my vans. I skipped into the bathroom and straightened my hair. After that, I put on a thin layer of eye liner. I smiled at my appearance but, my smile soon turned to a frown. I pointed out all my flaws. My blonde roots were growing into my brown hair. I sighed and got dressed. I slipped on a few bracelets and ran downstairs.
Once I was downstairs I grabbed my book bag and pulled my vans on. Without saying a word to my parents, I ran out of the house.
