6. He...like me?-Tris

"He likes you, you know that right?" James says as he walks over to me in the corridor. Recently James and I have become fairly close friends. I'm guessing James caught me staring over at Brad I mean who can keep their eyes of him why is he still single.

"I don't know why don't you ask him out?" James tells me. Shit did I say that out loud.

"Ummm I don't think he likes me" I reply quietly

"He does Tris he's obsessed with you whenever I'm with him somehow he starts talking about you" James states almost annoyed

"Maybe I'll ask him after school today" I suggest

"Yes! I have the best idea!" James suddenly jumps up excited

I giggle quietly at his sudden outburst of excitement

"Right I've got it, I'll if he want to go skateboarding at the park near his house, then i'll text you when we are on our way you meet us there ok." he explains

"O.....k" I reply slowly trying to take in what he just told me "got it I'll just head straight there from school if that's ok?"

"Yeah sure" James replies just as the bell rings signalling period 4. I head to Music. I have thus lesson with Brad and apparently we are creating bands. I have the perfect band planned in my head. Brad, James, Connor and me. Perfect

I arrive at music and take my seat right behind Brad. I stare closely as his brown curls as I think back to what his parents told him about the place they were when he got home to the note the other day.

-Flashback-

"Hey ,Tristan, we are home" my um shouts through the house

I was only sat on the sofa watching TV so I just groaned in response.

"Tristan you know that boy with the brown curly hair...what's his name ummm." his mum starts

"Brad, yeah Brad that's his name!" I interrupt excitedly

"Well... do you know how much he gets bullied, because well he does you know how the kids just pick on eachother."

"Yeah" I reply sadly looking at the floor getting upset how the others at school treat him.

"Well we were just around his house talking to his parents and I was wondering if you want to go to dinner at The Simpsons next Thursday.

-Flashback over-

Shit it's Wednesday today so if I met Brad today and if I asked him out what would I do! Too many thoughts for now.

"Ok then so here are the bands" The teacher says bringing me back to reality

"Band 1, Tristan, James, Connor and Bradley"

Wait what I'm in the perfect band no way! This is perfect!

Now is your chance Tristan... don't screw up...
