Chapter 12 Alex's close defeat

3rd POV
As Scotty's scythe came down it was only stopped by Bryce katana. The scythe was near Lucas heart. "Scotty snap out of it." Bryce growled. Scotty only growled in response as he brought his scythe back up. Scotty slashed at Bryce who dodged the attack. Both Bryce and Scotty's weapons clashed together as droid and Brock managed to get Lucas out of harms way.

"Scotty can't you see your hurting others?" Bryce asks. Scotty laughed as he kicked Bryce in the stomach and slashed Bryce with his other hand claws. "Bryce he's not listening he won't listen to anyone." Lucas says doubtful. Bryce growled as he kept trying to figure out what was wrong with his friend. Scotty went for the attack against Bryce. With each clash of there weapons sparks flew off. Evenly matched that there was no clear winner.

Bryce finally managed to hit Scotty and cut the necklace around Scotty's neck that had a ruby connected to it. Alex dodged the lupus once more only to notice the Ruby laying on the ground. Scotty backed of as his eyes began changing brown to red over and over again. Bryce and Lucas noticed this pretty quickly. "Scotty." Bryce says only to kicked back by Alex. Alex grabbed the ruby and fixed it quickly with his magic. Alex quickly placed the ruby necklace around Scotty's neck.

Brock growled darkly as he pulled his bow back. Brock fired his arrow at Alex. Alex barely managed to dodge the attack. Lucas stood up and attacked Alex with everything he could. Bryce was about to run to help Lucas when Scotty blocked him with red glowing eyes. "Scotty back off." Bryce hissed. "No." Scotty hissed. Without warning Scotty hands began glowing red. A blast of power sent Bryce and Lucas into a tree. Bryce stood back up to see Scotty standing next to Alex. "We won't be able to stop him with these attacks." Bryce hissed underneath his breath.

Bryce looked around and noticed Anthony was up by now. Lucas also stood up and growled darkly. Scotty was getting ready to attack once more. Within seconds Bryce came up with an idea. Bryce walked forward towards Alex and Scotty. Bryce stared at the ruby around Scotty's neck. Scotty came running at Bryce nearly slashing him with his scythe.

Bryce turned around and both there weapons clashed. Bryce smirked as he noticed Lucas fighting against Alex. Bryce then knocked Scotty off his feet then kicked him into a tree. At the same time grabbed the ruby and ripped it off his neck. Alex was to distracted by Lucas to realize what was going on. "Brock destroy this thing." Bryce yelled throwing the ruby into the air. Alex and Lucas both looked at the ruby. Without hesitation Brock shot an arrow shattering the ruby. Alex growled darkly by this. Scotty on the other hand. His eyes began glowing a bright red right before it disappeared.

Scotty got up off the ground and looked around realizing quickly what was going on. Scotty's eyes were back to normal but full of rage. A fireball grew in his hands and was sent flying at Alex. It hit Alex and sent him flying back. Lucas backed off and looked at Scotty who's eye we're becoming darker. Scotty's scythe began glowing brighter. Alex was up as Scotty took off and straight up attacked Alex. Both their weapons clashed together. "You'll pay for what you've done." Scotty growled. Lucas ran over and kicked Alex while Scotty appeared behind him. Scotty struck Alex with his scythe. Alex smacked into the ground and bounced into the air. Lucas kicked Alex into the air and into a tree. Alex had blood dripping down from the sides of his mouth. "Did you honestly think you could control one of are friends and get away with it." Bryce asks walking forward. "You mess with one you face all of us." Brock growled. Alex then smirked at all of them. "You May have won this time but your forget one thing. Sark has Evan and its only in time when your little friend will fall. Once that happens except a lot of shit heading your way. Sark will stop at nothing to kill that kitsune rider." Alex hissed.

"Sark can try because we won't stop fighting." Brian growled. Alex then disappeared right as Scotty's scythe came flying at him. "Fuck." Scotty growled. "Scotty calm down will get him later on." Lucas says. "We need to keep moving. We need to save Evan from that bastard." Scotty says ripping his scythe from the tree. A huge cat soon approached them. Bryce hopped up onto it. Squirrel hopped up on the cat as well. The others gathered on the other animals. Scotty was on Lucas lupus relaxing a little bit. "Will take a break when we get to the next forest." Lucas says.

"Lucas you still need to rest just like Anthony and Scotty." Brock says. "I know Brock." Lucas says. "Then we will go until darkness comes then you three will rest." Brock says. "Alright then." Lucas says. Brock's Eagle then took off into the air. They were off in a matter of seconds.

Meanwhile

Evan laid on a bed in a cell. Evan slowly began walking up. When Evan woke up he sat right up and began looking around. Evan then tried using his magic to get out. "I'm afraid that won't work my dear~." Unknown purred. Evan turned his head to the right. Sark walked out from the darkness with a smirk on his face. Evans heart sank pretty quickly as anger took over.

"Sweetheart don't give me that look you know it hurts when you make that face." Sark says fake pouting. "I don't care you will never get me to fall for a monster like you." Evan hissed. Sark raised his left eyebrow before chuckling straight afterwards. "If you are going to be so difficult then fine. Yet that won't stop me not this time hon. This time you'll start slowly becoming my bride." Sark says as he walked up to the cave.

Evan backed up and growled. "I'll never marry you. Your a monster and I'll never love one." Evan hissed. "I'm not to sure about that sweetheart." Sark says using his magic to force Evan forward. "You will be mine and no one is going to take you away from me this time." Sark says.

Sark then kissed Evan on his lips. Evan tried getting away but he couldn't. Sark released Evan and Evan fell backwards. Evan whipped his lips and growled at Sark. "You will be my bride soon enough Evan and this time I'll make sure no one can stop me." Sark says as his eyes glowed red. Sark vanished soon enough leaving Evan speechless. "This is all my fault." Evan says soon enough.
