About 1 week later Dianne was allowed to come home. Zoë had came and collected the girls 4 days ago and they were staying at hers for a bit. Dianne was awake slowly getting into the clothes that I brought over.
She looked beautiful. I knew that I needed to stay by her side no matter what.

Dianne's POV:
Today was the day where I would finally come home. Joe had been an absolute star these 2 weeks of me being here. He brought me flowers everyday:

He brought me chocolate and a new neck lace. Once the doctor had taken all the wires of me I was able to get dressed and go. As soon as we arrived home all I wanted to do was snuggle I the sofa and watch Netflix. When I opened the door there were loads of people running up to me. "Joe what's going on?" I was really confused. "as you were coming home today I decided to invite a few people over". Everyone was so helpful making sure I had something to drink and every so often asking if I was ok.
Joes POV:
I am glad the Di was enjoying herself as she needed it. Zoë had brought the twins round and everyone was all over them. About 2 hours later everyone left, Dianne had disappeared somewhere so I went to go and find her. I looked in our bedroom and she was wrapped in the duvet asleep with the twins in there cots next to her. I mean she was one beautiful woman......
