Is it possible?

For all those who have seen Dragon Ball Z, I have a question for all of you. 

Remember when Goku wished for all those who were killed by Frieza to be revived? Wouldn't that also include all of Planet Vegeta? I mean pardon me if I'm wrong but Goku never specified the time. So it could mean that anyone killed by Frieza, past, and present was revived. 

That could mean that all the Sayians are just lost somewhere in universe 7. That could mean that there's a chance we might see them again and that could mean a lot of changes and possibilities. 

While my brother says that it's possible but not probable, I'm still hoping because Gine and Bardock deserve to meet Goku and see how much he's grown, not only him but Chi-Chi and Gohon and Goten as well. And their great-granddaughter Pan. They deserve to know that their son has a good life. I bet they would've wished that Ratiz had a good life too. 

I know it's probably not going to happen, but I want it too. The new Bardock and Gine (who hasn't changed), I want them to be alive. They didn't deserve to die.

Edit: Okay, I guess it can't. Even though Goku wished for everyone who was killed by Frieza to be brought back to life, that doesn't mean a planet. And the Sayians were destroyed along with Planet Vegeta. So they'd be brought back where the Planet was. And so because the planet is gone, there's no atmosphere, thus they would all die again. Thanks to my dad for reminding me of that.
