Worse than Hell!

Kates POV

Silence: peaceful but lonely; then, sharp and deafening sounds of gunfire. Anger and sorrow scream at the intrusion I look around as a rocket flies pass hitting a car 10 meters away from me piece of shrapnel fly by. The explosion deafens me, the ringing in my ears and the screaming of those around me are muffled. My vision blurred as the bright lights of flash bangs goes off blinding me the sound bounce throughout my head. I screamed in agony as my brain felt like it was on fire, being ripped apart. I fall unconscious wondering why I'm here, why this is happening to me, what did I do to deserve this.

As I awaken to a blurred figure reaching out to me. I pull away in fear.

     "Kate", he yells as he grabs me and pulls me close. He holds me tightly and as if he is going to throw me, then swings me around as a loud bang rings in our ears. Then again but on the other side of the hall, He lets go then grabs me by the shoulder and says.

     "Are you ok?" I hear he's voices. It sounds broken; teary. As my vision returns I see who it is my eyes start to water.

     "Max!" I yell joyfully with a sad tone. I start to cry uncontrollable max holds tightly I feel safe and saved in his arms. We sit there for what felt like an eternity. But as the ground beneath us begins to shake for the war that rage on around us, we quickly get ourselves together. "What are we going to do now?" I anxiously stuttered. Max just gives me a worried look.

     "We need to get you and your sister to the safe room but." He pauses this makes me worried "max?" I realis why he stops. Chloe she could be dead. I run to the stage looking for her. "Chloe!" I cried. Max grabs my mouth.

     "Shhh he whispers." "You could get yourself killed doing that." He declared. Realising that I not only put my life in danger but max's too. "Sorry" I whispered. "Where is she," I whisper while looking around the hall.

     "I don't know" max says with a stutter. I can see how worried he is. I and Chloe are the close thing he has to a family even though he works for our father. I resentfully think to myself he's why we are in the middle of this. Because he is a merciless dictator that rules his people with an iron fist.

     "We need to find your sister now!" He declares I nod in agreement. We start to make our way across the show room. "Where are we going?"

     "I need to suit up" he whispers. We enter the security office max runs to the very back of the room and points.

     "Hide there." He exclaims all I can say is "ok" as I hide behind a desk max opens the Armory and grabs a larger black cube larger than a small animal and places it on the desks. As he places his hands-on either side of it. It Becomes liquid even malleable it slowly consumes his hands then it shots up his arms traveling over his body form his neck to the tip of his finger down to the tip of his toes all while looking like a liquid then suddenly harders turning into a jet-black suit of Armour.

     Come on we need to move as he moves to the door. A helmet forms around his head leaving only his face vision able he looks back, gives me a smile then a plate of Armor falls covering his face. As we reach the door way, he picks up a gun that was leading against the wall.

Chloe POV

I awaken to the feeling of my legs hitting bumps, I open my eyes to see that I'm being drag, still half a sleep I ask where I am what's going on, they don't answer they just continue to drag me I lift my head to see body's everywhere. I realis what is going on and fight back. I brake away and see who was dragging me they are wearing masks and holding rifle. They don't seem to be soldiers; I decide to run they chase after me. I run down a hall as I turn a corner and I see a black suit of armour, as I look up, I see glowing blue eyes I scream, the two mask assailants come around the corner and just stand there in fear of the man. He sees them and shots them with his side arm, He then knees down.
