It had been another long day for the music producer. He got home late that night, throwing his bag off to the side and immediately making himself a cup of coffee. He had to be back at the producing office tomorrow morning, so he thought he'd at least try and get a bit of work done while he was still awake.

He sat his steaming mug next to his computer as he typed in his password, a small yawn escaping his lips. His eyes blurred from the yawn and he wiped at them. He felt himself getting sleepier and sleepier so he grabbed for his coffee, but ended up knocking it over onto his keyboard. He cursed loudly and bolted to the kitchen, grabbing some paper towels.

The few paper towels were sopping soon and there was still a large puddle of the caffeinated drink on his desk and his keyboard had become sticky. He grabbed the entire roll and cleaned the rest up, then grabbed his keyboard cleaner, trying his best to get rid of the stickiness.

Yoongi sighed and decided it would be too much to continue working tonight, so he went upstairs to his bedroom and stripped himself of everything but his boxers, laying into his bed under the warm comforter.

Morning came too soon. Yoongi felt like he'd only been sleeping for five minutes before his alarm was going off. He turned the alarm off and got up from his bed with a groan. It was nearly 8 A.M., meaning he'd only gotten 5 hours of sleep. He could barely feel his muscles and his head was pounding. How did his boss expect him to work like this?

The red haired man forced himself to walk to his bathroom and turn the shower on, his joints aching with every step.

He let the warm water wash over him, trying to relax his muscles. It didn't do much, but at least the shower was relaxing his nerves a bit. It however was not doing a good job at waking up, so Yoongi finished up and got out before he fell asleep in the shower.

He dressed himself in his usual work attire and made another pot of coffee. Filling his thermos, Yoongi took his stuff and left the house. If he took the short cut he would make it just in time.

Unfortunately, the short way was not an option this morning, meaning Yoongi had gotten caught in traffic and would be late to work.

He took a gulp of his coffee, feeling himself wake up a bit more. He checked his phone to see if he had any missed calls or texts from Namjoon, his boss, as he assumed the male would be upset with him for being late yet again. There was nothing, however, so Yoongi threw his phone back into the passenger seat and focused back on the traffic, which fortunately started to move a few minutes later.

Yoongi arrived at his studio, only ten minutes late, and set his stuff down. He heard a knock on his door and sighed. "Come in." He croaked out, his voice still sore from the constant lack of sleep.

Namjoon walked in, his silver hair parted neatly on his head. "Mind explaining to me why you were late yet again today, Mr. Min?"

"Well, you see-" But he was cut off by Namjoon's chuckles. "Yoongi, d'ya really think I'm going to get upset with you over you being ten minutes late? You're my best friend! I don't mind," Yoongi smiled and let out a sigh of relief.

"That doesn't mean you can be late all the time, though." Namjoon stated and Yoongi nodded.

Today hopefully wouldn't be as bad as yesterday.
