chapter 14

*blayze pov*

I slowly went closer to alexa trying not to make as much noise since the leaves were crunching beneath mine and Aaron's feet.  I reached her and saw that the leader was grabbing a knife behind his back and alexa was screaming and shouting uncontrolably. I waited for the right moment before i made my move.

*alexa pov*
I could see the man bringing a kinfe from his back and brought it in front of me lifting it in the air as he was about to plunge it in me. We heard an unusual scream. I looked to where the noise was coming from and saw blayze jumping over the pit of fire and landed a flying kick to the man's chest. That sent him tumbling down to the floor. "Blayze!! Oh thank goodness you came back...i missed you." Blayze took out his pocket knife and released me from the painfull ropes. I hugged him immediately and kissed him forcefully. "I missed you too" said blayze. I smiled but it came into a hard expression when i saw the other forest men ready to attack with their spears.

"Watch your back blayze!" Blayze turned around and took his gun out and started to shoot the men. I saw a flash of silver in blayze's boots so i took it out and saw it was a gun. I quickly started to shoot as a move of self defence. "Where is Aaron?" There was a lot of men surrounding both me and blayze. We were back to back making sure no one was attacking us from either sides. "I don't know" i pulled my trigger but no bullet was shot. I opened the cap and saw there was no bullets left. I mentally cursed to myself. "Blayze i ran out of bullets" he took a look at me in shock. The men seemed to be getting closer each time. Blayze also pulled the trigger and it seemed to have not worked. Great!. No bullets means death. I tossed my gun on the floor. And started to grab blayze by the shirt in fear. I shut my eyes tightly. Praying to god i would stay alive. All i heard was a roaring sound. The next thing i know was being dragged to the floor with blayze on top of me. I pulled my arms to my head to protect myself. Once the noise was stopped i slowly took a peak to see that all the men were on the floor with several gun shots on their body and fresh wounds bleeding.

Blayze got off me and helped me stand up i was brushing the dust off my clothes and looked around in amazement. "Hey i am over here sweetheart." I looked up and saw Aaron sitting in a tree with a matchine gun next to him. "What the fuck! You could have killed us with that damn thing Aaron." "Chill out.....i wouldnt have ever thought at aiming it at you or blayze." " well thanks anyways." " where is blayze?"  His queston had me in wonder as i looked around and saw blayze running at us as fast as he could and his eyes were struck with worry and terrror. I was so confused as i was unknown to what must have happened.  All i heard was "run" before i knew it my legs were starting to move on their own. Having no idea where i was going.

Blayze had seemed to caught up with me. Aaron also jumped from the tree and started to sprint ahead. I was getting tired. I don't remember running this fast since elementry school. I was physically unfit. Blayze was running slightly ahead. I could hear strange rustling sounds coming from behind me. Blayze came to an abrupt stop and carried me on his shoulder. I was in a shocked state. " what are you doing? .....put me down please i can run myself thank you very much." " not at that pace babe." After that i didnt complain. I knew he would never listen to me. I look ahead of me and caught a glympse of something huge. My mouth was hung wide open. " what is that?" I asked blayze. "Do you really want to know?" I decided to keep my mouth shut.

After running for what felt like years we came to a halt. my body jerked forward slightly. Blayze placed me on the ground facing him. He was sweating like crazy. Gosh i feel so embarrased. "Jump!" I came out of my thoughts and cleared my throat tearing my gaze away from him. " i am sorry what?" "Jump alexa" blayze grabbed my shoulders harshly and spun me around until i was met by edge of the cliff. I looked below and saw the deep sea water. I immediately grabbed on to blayze in panic reflex. " no i dont want to go there please.....i cant swim...no" i was pleading him. He wasnt taking any intrest in my saying. He brought me from the floor and held me against him.  " trust me alexa....i will not leave you alone. I promise!" I started into his eyes for a few minutes. Until i heared the same rustiling roaring noise from the trees. Uh oh. Not good. " i think its her.....AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

( its how i would imagine alexa falling off the cliff with clothes on and not a bikini so ignore that please##)

Before i knew it i was pushed off the cliff. Flying in the air for a few seconds before my body was surrounded by the cold water. I felt as it i was about to die. My eyes were giving up on me. Slowly, by slowly.

At the last moment i was embraced by a warm feeling. Knowing it was blayze. I knew he would keep his promise. Keeping that in mind. My eyes were shut completely.
