W.I.C.K.E.D IS BAD

Entering the Maze

Deyanira pov:

Waking up this morning everything felt like a dream, but it wasn't everything was real from last night. I sat outside in the middle of the glade as a breaker comes a sweeps the grass blades back. Closing my eyes feeling the breeeze getting lost in my thoughts.

"Hey Deyanira"

Opening my eyes slowly I looked up to Gally above me.

"Oh hey Gally, what's up"

"Can we talk please, before everyone gets ups"

"Umm.....sure"

I closed my eyes again but this time no getting lost in my thoughts. I couldn't feeling Gally sitting right next to me when I felt his leg graze against mine own.

"About our daughter we have together"

"Well what do you want to know about her."

"When.... how.... just explain from the beginning please"

"Well this was way before any of you guys were put in the maze. You were one of the top builders W.I.C.K.E.D. had and you could say we were happy. Because of the sun scorching the earth not everything in the world was saved so there was no such thing a protection. Plus W.I.C.K.E.D. didn't care about people getting pregnant the world needed to be repopulated again so it was fine. We never encountered getting pregnant no matter how many time we did it. But one day I didn't feel well, I was throwing up all morning and I was craving the weirdest things to eat. One of the nurses had told me I was a week pregnant and the last check up they did on me since I was one of their number one test subjects. You were ecstatic about it, you couldn't wait to be a father. You loved kids so much and I could tell you did of how much you talk about starting a family when the world was right again, but we just started early. Over the couple of months my stomach grew bigger and bigger, the nurses had told me since I'm different my pregnancy was only gonna last five months. Meaning ------"

I paused before continuing while feeling a couple tears fall from my eyes. I tried to hold them in but I never thought I would talk to anyone about my daughter, I never even thought I would veer get to be able to tell Gally about her. I felt Gally put one of his arms around my bringing me closer to him whole rubbing my arm with his thumb.

"Meaning....... our child was going to become a test subject just like me since she would get my mutated genes. We prayed that she didn't have anything, that she wasn't like me at all, sadly she had showed signs that she has power, for every week her eye color would change. Of course her natural eye color is blue like yours but when she saw a new color she never saw before she would change her eyes to that color. She also had amazing strength, almost broke your finger one time when she was crying and you were trying to calm her down. They never said anything about her having a heart problem but all of a sudden she did and that's what she died from apparently. By then you were in the maze and your last goodbye to your daughter was truly your last one. I never knew where they put her body because it wasn't in the files they had for her. I made a promise for both of us to avenge our daughter when I actually learned she died on the table during a lab experiment that went wrong."

Once I was done talked I knew tears were falling down but I didn't hold them back this time. It's been a while since I cried for my daughter and it was a long needed one.

"What was her first word"

"Gally"

"Yeah?"

"No I mean, your name was her first word, every time you came home from a long morning of working everyone would come over to hang out and to see Alice. She heard your name so many time that your name was the first word that popped into her head. After a while though she started calling you daddy and me mommy. We had her than we lost her just like that."

"Oh, which one of us named her."

"You did actually, Alice, was your mother names and during the time the sun was scorching the earth your mother had sacrificed her life for yours. So you wanted to name our first daughter after her and we did. I wanna get out of here, find Alice's body and burry it properly so she can finally sleep in peace from all the chaos."

"We will I promise, I was like to say good bye to my daughter one last time even thought I can't remember her. I feel like I do, there was a pain in my chest when you showed me a picture of her. In  the moment I knew that I know her and that she was somebody that was gone."

I laid my head on Gally's shoulder and keep on allowing the tears to fall in honor of my daughter. She will be in peace soon and I will make sure Gally has his Gally goodbye to our daughter even if it kills me.

"Hey Deyanira, there's someone that has to tell you something"

"What Azher?"

"Ms. Paige has something to say to about Alice"

"What on this scorched earth could you possible say now about Alice that would make me leap for joy or sadness, Ms. Paige?!"

"Alice is still alive"

And that truly make me leap for joy and sadness

"What are you talking about?!"

"Wait Deyanira I thought you said Alice died"

"She did, wait that's not possible if she's alive than where is she"

"she back in  W.I.C.K.E.D. healthy as a bird. Some of the scientist thought it would be better to separate everyone from each other. So they sent Gally into the maze and said Alice died from a bad heart that wasn't strong enough"

"So you mean my daughter is still in W.I.C.K.E.D....................AND ALIVE TOO!"

"...................... yes she is"

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE "

Gally pov:

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE "

My daughter is still, Alice is alive.

"Deyanira baby please calm down"

"Calm down..... CALM DOWN GALLY HOW CAN I!............. for so long I was told my, our daughter had died form a bad heart. And it was all a lie, our little sailor is still alive. I'm getting my daughter out of there whether they give me her or with force. either way I'm getting her out of there at once. Ms. Paige does she at least remember Gally and I?"

"Yes she does, she always askes for her mommy and daddy all the time. Always crying from her mother's warm smile and her father's wonderful comfort."

"Everyone I hope you're ready because we're leaving to enter the maze now, I'm not waiting  any longer knowing my daughter is still alive. Oh and Gally you in almost three years, you get to see your daughter again. I hope your ready"

"Yea I am, let's enter the maze."
