Part 1

May, First 2078, Somewhere in the middle of the woods.

Eden's P.O.V.

I wake up in the middle of the woods and turn to see four others lying next to me; I sit up and see five boxes with names on the top, I see Noa, Peyton, Ashton, Skye and Eden. I hear a soft groan I turn to see a tall girl with mid-length blond hair.

"What the fuck?" She says as she looks around as her eyes stop on me, she looks down at my clothes I look down to see I was just wearing my bra and some black leggings she tosses me her hoodie and I pull it on just as the other boys start to wake up.

We all stand up and go to the boxes with our names on it the girl with blond hair goes to Noa, the boy with a lot of tattoos goes to Skye and the boy with pink hair who only has on a pair of pants goes to stand in front of Peyton and the last boy stands and walks over to Ashton; I stand and go the last box.

"What the hell are we supposed to do now?" Skye asks no one in particular.

"Umm hold on I have on a necklace with a key on it," Noa says as she just puts the keyhole and a spark pops as it opens and she pulls out a sword.

Ashton does the same thing as well as the other boys, Ashton pulls out a small pouch Skye, a small glass orb. Peyton, a large egg and I pull out a journal and a pen.

"What am I supposed to do with an egg?" Michael says as he holds the egg.

"I dunno just put it on the ground," Ash says as he looks back in the box and starts to pull out things.

At the bottom of all our boxes are small bags with a water bottle and a box of little disks and a note on top of the box that says: 'eat only one a day and drink as much water as you want as it will never empty'.

"Never runs out?" Ashton says as he looks over Calum's shoulder. Luke walks over to me and looks at me and says, "That jumper looks good on you, also did you get anything to tell us what we are doing here?" He says as he looks in my box and pulls out a slip of paper and reads: "You all are in the middle the woods..." he stops reading and looks around as Ashton says "No shit we are?" He looks back to Luke and says, "Continue." He bows to him and looks at Luke and Luke just continues.

"...if you can get out you will find a place for people like you." Just as he finishes reading the paper erupts in flames and he drops the paper.

"If? What does that mean?" Ashton says as he starts to panic Calum walks over to him and puts his hands on Ashton's shoulders and says, "Hey, calm down," Ashton looks him in the eyes, "You need to calm down because if you don't-... Get down!!!!" Just as he says it Ashton's hands go up in flames and he throws a ball of fire and almost hits me and Luke but just as he does I throw my hands up and a soft white almost clear shield goes up and the fireball hits the shield just fizzes out.

"Shit girl!!!" Luke looks at Cal and says, "Ok so you can read minds and Ash you can throw fireballs and Eden you can make shields and Michael what can you do? He asks just as Michael starts to make it rain. "Well, that answers that question," Cal says as he wipes water off his arms.

"Hold on, what can I do?" He says as he scrunches up his face and Michael says, "What are you doing?"

"Well I don't have earth powers, oh maybe I have air, nope." He looks at me and all I do is just shrug.

"So what do we do now?" I say as I look around and see we are in the middle of a big clearing the only thing I see is the boxes that we just opened and something I didn't see earlier, a small pink orb that almost wanted me to follow it, so I Luke's arm and pull him after the orb.

"Come on let's go," I say to the boys and me and Luke run after the pink orb but just as we got to the orb, it puffed up in a soft pink smoke. "What now?" Ashton says as he stops next to us and looks up at the sky I turn to see a puzzled look on his face I look up to see that we are no longer the forest we are now in the middle of an abandoned city with tall structures and a lot of trash tumbling around the ground.

"Hold up weren't we just in the forest?" Luke said as he turns to see that we are standing in front of a solid brick wall, "How the fuck did we get here?" He says as he pushes on the wall, I look down to see all our stuff is sitting next to the wall but now it's in backpacks I grab the packs and hand them to the boys and I pull Luke from the wall and shove the pack in to his arms just as I do I see a small tattoo on his arm I pull the jumper up on my arm and put my arm next to his arm to see we have the exact same tattoo.

Ash, Cal and Michael walk over to us and put their arms next to ours and they have the same tattoos as us.

"How do we all same tattoos?" Michael asks as he puts his arm next to mine and Luke's. Ash and Cal do the same I see that there is a little bit of difference. Just as we put our arms together our tattoos start to glow and I see a soft flicker of light in the air so all I can think to is to touch it and as I do so it starts to move like a film.

"Congrats you of have unlocked the first step to getting out. The first thing you must know is that four of you are soul mates and one is at the school. Now the first step is: you must complete the last step first and let the creatures guide you. Have fun travellers!" And with that in a pop of light, the voice was gone.

"Fucking riddles!!!!" Ash grumbles "What assholes give us riddles!!!!!"

"Travelers, What does that mean?" Luke asks as he looks at me and all I do is shrug just as we start walking towards the sinter of the city I hear a soft plop then two then I feel a hard whack to the back of my head and I hear Luke say something but all I see is darkness...
