THE MORNING AFTER the press conference, Arabella slowly woke up to an empty bed. She smelled the scent of bacon and felt her stomach flip.

The woman rushed to the bathroom and lifted the toilet seat before letting out everything out of her stomach. She heard rushing footsteps come into the bathroom.

Arabella felt her hair get pulled back, "let it out," she heard Roger. After Arabella was finished, she flushed the toilet and wiped her moth with a towel before sitting on top of the toilet seat.

"I don't like you seeing me like this," Arabella said with a raspy tone.

"In sickness and in health," Roger smiled, "remember?"

"Like it was yesterday," Arabella said tiredly.

"Mummy!" The little girl with the curly blonde hair and blue eyes said as she walked in her parents room.

Arabella awed over her daughter who will be starting school soon. Ella hugged her mother before Roger picked the little girl up.

"Let mum get cleaned up while we have breakfast," Roger smiled at his daughter and walked out of the bathroom.

Arabella slowly stood up and looked at herself in the mirror. The blonde stood sideways, still looking in the mirror and lifted up her shirt to see a bump.

She brought her hand up to her mouth and tears welled in her eyes before a smile formed on her face. Arabella quickly got dressed and put on light makeup before entering the kitchen to see Roger and Ella eating at the table.

"I have to run an errand today," Arabella sighed.

"What errand?" Roger asked.

Arabella quickly thought of a lie, "Madeline wanted me to go shopping with her for a few things for her new apartment."

Her husband nodded, "Okay, have fun."

Arabella smiled and kissed him before kissing her daughter on top of her head, "don't destroy the house."

"No promises," Roger winked at his wife before she left.

Arabella waited anxiously on the bed waiting for results from the doctor. Suddenly, the door opened and Arabella's doctor walked in.

"Okay, Mrs. Taylor," The Doctor smiled, "congratulations, you are two months pregnant with twins."

"What?!" Arabella said in shock, "twins? You said twins right?"

"Yes, Twins," The Doctor chuckled at her patient.

"I'm sorry this is just overwhelming," Arabella said as she was still in shock.

"It's okay, most moms react the same way," The Doctor said, "in about two months, you can come back and find out the gender if you would like."

Arabella shrugged, "Okay, I'll have to talk to my husband."

The doctor nodded, "have a good day and congratulations again."

Arabella left the hospital and headed back to her house. When she parked the car, she felt the nervousness get stronger as she entered the house.

"You're home early," Roger said as he saw his wife walk in the living room.

"Yeah," Arabella said and looked at her daughter, "Ella, why don't you go play in your toy room?"

The little girl nodded and walked away, leaving her parents. Arabella lead Roger to the couch and sat down.

"I wasn't with Maddie," Arabella said, "before you get mad that I told a lie, I was at the hospital."

Roger furrowed his eyebrows, "Why?"

Arabella couldn't help but smile, "I'm pregnant."

"Really?" Roger chuckled, "that's great!"

"I'm not finished," Arabella said.

"Please tell me it's my baby," Roger joked.

Arabella rolled her eyes playfully, "yes, they're your babies."

Roger's eyes widened, "babies?"

"We're having twins, Roger," she said as tears of joy fell down her cheeks.

"I'm going to be a dad of three kids," Roger said in excitement as tears also fell from his eyes, "this is better than great!"

Roger brought Arabella in his arms and held her tight, "I love you so much, Bella."

"I love you too."
