Chapter 4

JENNIFER’S P.O.V

Soph and the other girls are gonna freak! They are in love with One Direction, I swear! Soph hasn’t noticed yet, by the way she is serenely standing there, not fangirling. I nudge her in the side and point towards the door, which is surrounded, inside and outside, by a mob of screaming teenage girls and a... grandmother? What the hell? Soph goes wide eyed and holds back a scream, holding in her inner fangirl. I see three girls running towards us, three girls who just happen to be Victoria, Ella and Vanessa. They run into us, in a fit of screaming, I see they haven’t been as successful as Soph in holding in their inner fangirl.

“L-Look! It’s ONE DIRECTION!!!” shouts Ella, right in my ear, might I add. I hold them all back and try to calm them down, seeing the girls like this has sobered me up somewhat. I see a man, who must be security, come in and push all the screaming girls back, allowing them to enter. I see one who I think might be Harry head straight for the bar, closely followed by Niall, Louis and Zayn. Liam hangs back a bit, must be trying to stay sober like me, not that that worked out very well. Liam catches my eye and sees me holding back all four girls and makes a bee-line for us. When Victoria notices he’s heading straight for us, I think she almost faints. Liam has always been her favourite. When He gets to us, he says, “Hello ladies, the names Payne, Liam Payne”

Just then I see a very beautiful girl walk through the door and right up behind Liam, wrapping her arms around his waist, pulling him close. I see Liam’s eyes light up and a smile that almost blinds me appears on his face. He spins around and pulls the girl closer to his lips, giving them a quick kiss. I inwardly sigh at them, they’re so cute together! He pulls her around to his side and she looks us all up and down. She seems to approve of us, so she gives us a bright smile. Seeing how star-struck the others are, I decide to introduce us, “Hi, Payne, Liam Payne,” I say jokingly, “The names O’Malley, Jennifer O’Malley and these are my crew, Sophia, Ella, Vanessa and Victoria” pointing to each of the girls as I say their name. He laughs and points to his girlfriend and says “You already know who I am, so I’ll introduce you to my girlfriend, Danielle Peazer.” Danielle holds her hand out for us to shake, but I’m more of the type of person who likes to spread the love, so I reach out and give her a tight hug. She looks a bit taken aback at my sudden... outburst, but I just laugh and say “Sorry, I like to spread the love! Who needs to shake hands when you can hug?” She laughs and nods her head in agreement. I look up and see Harry swaggering on over to us, his eyes trained on Soph. Soph seems just as mesmerised as him. I give a knowing look to Liam and Danielle who have the same look on their face and we all simultaneously roll our eyes causing us all to crack up. I turn around and see Josh standing there awkwardly so I yell, “LIAM, DANIELLE! I ALMOST FORGOT! THIS IS JOSH!!!” Liam and Danielle have blocked their ears and they turn to each other and Liam says, “She’s as bad as Louis!” causing Danielle to laugh. Danielle turns to Josh and smiles brightly at him and says “My names Danielle and this is Liam” she gestures to Liam as she says his name. Just then, Harry pushes his way through us and walks right up to Sophia and says “Hey sexy, wanna dance?” he’s been here a grand total of five minutes and is already wasted. What a good job.

LIAM’S P.O.V

I shake my head at Harry, who has successfully managed to get absolutely wasted already. Typical Hazza. He won’t remember any of this tomorrow, but it is going to be so fun to watch! The girl Jennifer introduced as Sophia eagerly nods her head. By the looks of things, she is shit-faced as well. Harry grabs her hand and pulls her out onto the dance floor. Just then Want U Back by mine and the boys’ good friend Cher Lloyd starts to blast through the speakers.  Sophia instantly starts to grind against Harry. I look to Jennifer who is just shaking her head and giggling at her best friends actions. I look to the bar and see Niall meander up to Vanessa, asking her to dance with him as well. She, of course, says yes. I turn around to talk to Victoria and Ella, but they have both been dragged onto the dance floor by our drummer, Josh Devine and one of my good mates, Conor Maynard. Ella with Josh and Victoria with Conor. I shrug my shoulders and laugh at their eagerness, at the same time looking around for Louis, Eleanor, Zayn and Perrie. They’re also on the dance floor. Dani drags me over there as well, joining in with the already huge crowd. I see Jennifer grab Josh’s hand and pull him over to where Dani and I are dancing, me being shown up by her outrageous dance moves. I see Jennifer raise her eyebrow at Dani and then she walks over to the DJ and whispers something in his ear. I see him nod his head at whatever she said and then leans into his microphone and says

“Everyone clear the dance floor, this little lady wants to have a dance off with a Danielle Peazer!”

I laugh at her stupidity, no0one goes into a dance off and comes out better then Dani, she’s just too damn good. Everyone grudgingly starts to make their way off, me included, but Dani just stands there awkwardly, waiting for Jennifer to walk over to join her in their epic dance battle.
